Fitness and Fun in the sun with Tad Taggart! 11am July 23rd for 45mins. A mix of fitness fun and games combined with mobility. Open to all including families and kids. Bring a towel and water, and wear comfortable clothing and shoes to move in! Sign up for the class below.

Stay for the game after the class at 1:05pm against the Battle Creek Battle Jacks. The first 500 fans through the gates will receive a reusable Rockers water bottle courtesy of Eis Implement. Your day doesn’t end there, bring your kiddos down to the field after the game for post-game catch on the field presented by Capital Credit Union.
