\"\"Mark Skogen was a third generation grocer and former President and CEO of Skogen’s Festival Foods. He joined the family business full-time in 1992 and worked in a variety of positions across the company, including department manager and store director, before transitioning to the President and CEO role in 2006. He assumed ownership of Capital Credit Union Park and the Green Bay Rockers franchise in December 2020.<\/p>\n

Mark graduated from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and played professional basketball in Australia for a period of time after college before returning to Wisconsin to begin his career in the family business. Building off the foundation of servant leadership on which the company was founded, Mark\u2019s dedication to operational excellence and passion for creating opportunities for others has allowed his companies to experience incredible growth throughout the years.<\/p>\n

During his leadership, Festival Foods was recognized\u2014both locally in the communities it services and on a national level in the industry\u2014as a leader in innovation, culture, growth, and ethics. Mark has been honored with numerous awards over the years, including the Wisconsin Grocers Association 2014 Grocer of the Year, the 2020 Robert B. Wegman Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence, and the Shelby Report\u2019s 2020 Mover and Shaker of the Year.<\/p>\n

In addition to leading his Boomerang Management properties\u2014including Capital Credit Union Park, the Green Bay Rockers, Boomerang Catering, The Bassball Cages, and EPIC Event Center\u2014Mark serves on several boards of directors, including the Green Bay Packers and the Food Marketing Institute. Mark strives to give back and enrich the lives of those in the communities served by his companies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\"\"Brian Stenzel was named President of Boomerang Management after previously serving as Senior Director of Community Involvement for Festival Foods.<\/p>\n

Brian\u2019s career has spanned many angles of the entertainment and event industries including talent agent, concert promoter, radio promotions, running race management and event management. He took his expertise to Festival Foods in 2015 and helped to develop a Community Involvement Department where he led a team that was engaged in over 800 events and sponsorships annually.<\/p>\n

As President of Boomerang Management, Brian helped to bring EPIC Event Center from idea to reality as Green Bay\u2019s premier concert venue. Brian was a driving force in developing the new energy at the ballpark with the Green Bay Rockers. He also oversees Capital Credit Union Park, The Bassball Cages as well as Boomerang Catering under Boomerang Management’s umbrella.<\/p>\n

Brian grew up in Northeast Wisconsin and attended UW \u2013 Green Bay. He is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors for the United Way and My Brother\u2019s Keeper along with being on the operations team for the Bellin Run.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

A two-time Northwoods League Executive of the Year Award recipient and three-time Northwoods League Champion, Fanta is entering his eighth season in Green Bay and 19th season in the Northwoods League. Following the summer of 2018 he was named Vice President & General Manager of Green Bay and helped launch the opening of Capital Credit Union Park in 2019.<\/p>\n

With the franchise known as the Bullfrogs since its inception in 2007, Fanta oversaw a rebrand to the Green Bay Booyah in the fall of 2018 before the move to newly minted Capital Credit Union Park on June 1, 2019. Following an ownership change to Boomerang Management in January 2021, he again oversaw the rebrand to what is now the Green Bay Rockers, with a vision of bringing a new energy to the game day atmosphere through live music along with high level concerts being a major focus of the future at the stadium. In 2023 the franchise won its first Northwoods League World Series Championship by defeating the St. Cloud Rox and was subsequently named Northwoods League Organization of the Year. In 2025, the Rockers defeated the Duluth Huskies to win the organization’s second Northwoods League title in three years and the organization received it’s second Organization of the Year Award in the same span. Through local partnerships and fan support, the team also was able to contribute over $135,000 to benefit non-profit organizations throughout the Greater Green Bay area communities in 2025.<\/p>\n

Before moving to Green Bay, Fanta spent nine seasons with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters, the final five as General Manager. While with the Rafters, he oversaw the first team in the Northwoods League’s 24 year history to win 52 games in a season in 2017. In 2016, his team tied or broke 21 franchise records on the field, culminating in that franchise’s only Northwoods League World Series Championship. During his time in Wisconsin Rapids, Fanta spearheaded numerous facility upgrades and additions that contributed to the experience at Witter Field, the largest crowd in team history, and two Northwoods League All-Star Games. He was also recognized as the 2014 Big Top Baseball Executive of the Year by the team’s multi-team ownership group at the time. Fanta joined the Rafters as Assistant GM prior to the team’s inaugural season in 2010, after spending two summers as the ticket sales intern for the La Crosse Loggers.<\/p>\n

He is a 2009 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Business Administration. Fanta is a native of Viroqua, WI and currently resides in Ashwaubenon. His hobbies include running, fishing, travel, enjoying live music with family and friends, and following the Packers, Brewers, Bucks and Badgers.<\/p>\n

Brian enters his eighth season with the Rockers after serving the prior five seasons before that as the public address announcer for the team. As Director of Partnerships, Kuklinski works with businesses to plan and implement marketing strategies that create lasting memories for the community at Capital Credit Union Park.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining the team on a full-time basis, Kuklinski spent the previous 20 years in the radio industry, with his last eight specializing in advertising sales. Kuklinski came from Woodward Radio Group where his focus was developing strategic integrated marketing campaigns to help the business growth of clients. In addition to his position with the Rockers, Kuklinski also serves as the radio play-by-play voice of the Green Bay Phoenix Men’s Basketball team. Kuklinski is originally from Oshkosh and also attended UW-Oshkosh. He currently resides in Green Bay with his wife Jamie and their twin sons Trevor and Jonah.<\/p>\n

\"\"Leisgang enters his eighth season with the Rockers with over 20 years of experience in the sports industry. As Facility Director, Kevin is responsible for Capital Credit Union Park’s day-to-day operation, coordinating the internship program and Boomerang Catering. Capital Credit Union Park hosts over 300 events year-round including baseball, softball, soccer, rugby, youth and high school sports, company parties, concerts, caterings and special events in and around the community. Kevin has played a key role in starting Boomerang Catering that oversees the Food and Beverage operations and caterings throughout the community including: UWGB Athletics, St. Norbert’s Athletics, Cornerstone Ice Center and beverage service at the Weidner Center.<\/p>\n

Kevin returned home to Northeast Wisconsin prior to the 2019 season after spending the previous 11 seasons in Odessa, Texas with the Odessa Jackalopes hockey team. During his time in West Texas, Kevin won Best Food & Beverage in the Central Hockey League three years in a row. Before moving to Texas, Kevin spent the 2007 summer as an intern for the Green Bay Bullfrogs during their inaugural season and four seasons with the Green Bay Packers.<\/div>\n

Leisgang is a 2008 graduate of UW-Parkside where he earned his degree in Sports Management. Kevin was awarded the inaugural Sport Management alumni of the year in 2017 and sits on the UW-Parkside Sports Management Advisory Committee. Kevin also volunteers his time with the local hockey organization as tournament director. Kevin and his wife Alissa live in the Green Bay area with their three children. He is a native of Seymour, Wisconsin.<\/div>\n

Johnson is entering his ninth season in the Northwoods League, eighth as a member of the Rockers full-time staff. As Director of Ticket Sales, Johnson works with companies to plan corporate events to reward employees, thank customers, and entertain prospective clients. He also oversees the Rockers\u2019 season ticket holders and manages the ticket sales team. He joined the Green Bay front office in December 2018 as the Corporate Accounts Manager and Director of Fan Experience. His first taste of the Northwoods League came as an intern for the La Crosse Loggers in 2009.<\/p>\n

Andrew spends of his time away from the ballpark with his fiance\u2019, Emily, \u00a0enjoying concerts, sporting events, traveling, running, and walking their dogs Bucky & Boris. He has had season tickets with the Brewers, Badgers, Bucks and is an \u201chonorary\u201d Packers season ticket holder by going to every game possible (despite not being selected for season tickets). Johnson is a native of Kaukauna and is happy to be home in Northeast Wisconsin working in an industry he is passionate about.<\/p>\n

Tony is entering his 1st season with the Green Bay Rockers. Prior to this, he spent the last 5 years as an Account Manager for \u00a0ROC Ventures, selling season tickets, group experiences and managing the Box Office for the Milwaukee Milkmen(American Association) and Milwaukee Wave(MASL). Additionally, he served as Box Office Manager for the Hill Has Eyes haunted house and Enchant Christmas. As the Ticket Sales Manager, he will specialize in selling group tickets and Flex Plans for Rockers baseball. Additionally, he will manage the group sales staff and summer sales interns. He grew up in the Milwaukee\/Racine area and graduated from UW-Parkside in 2020 with a Bachelors in Sports Management and minor in Business. Brother of the Sigma Lambda Bata, Inc, Zeta Alpha Chapter. In his free time he enjoy working out, playing video games and pool, and hanging out with friends.<\/p>\n

\"\"Jace played college baseball at the University of Wisconsin – Stout, where he became a starting pitcher and team leader. He also played four years of collegiate summer baseball in the Northwoods League with the Wausau Woodchucks, including pitching in a game that helped the team reach the playoffs for the first time in 14 years. Jace then spent two years in independent baseball with the Utica Unicorns in the USPBL, earning multiple All-Star and All-League honors. He finished his playing Career in 2025,\u00a0where he played for two different teams (Lake Country Dockhounds and Kansas City Monarchs) in the American Association. He had an ERA\u00a0of 4.63 in 2025.<\/div>\n

Jace’s career achievements include ranking 16th in career innings and 17th in career strikeouts at UW-Stout, as well as holding the program’s record for single-season ERA (1.47). He earned several awards during his high school career, including WBCA 1st Team All-State, District Player of the Year, and multiple scholar-athlete awards.<\/div>\n

Jace coaches because he enjoys helping athletes improve and grow their skills, drawing from his own experiences to teach and mentor players. One of his best coaching moments was watching his Crown College players win a conference championship, which was a fulfilling and emotional experience for him.<\/div>\n
