After the top of the third, the Rockers only trailed by one, but a four-spot in the third inning, including two Royal Oak home runs, gave the Leprechauns a 5-0 lead.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the top of the fifth, Green Bay got one back when Daniel Harden (Houston) drove in Zac Grossman (UW-Whitewater) to move Green Bay a bit closer. However, Royal Oak responded right away with two more runs of their own in the bottom half of the fifth, making it 7-2.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Leprechauns would go on to score another two runs, one in each the sixth and seventh, and close the door on Green Bay\u2019s chances of a seventh straight win. Jack Sequin (Saginaw Valley State) threw the maximum amount you can as a pitcher in the Northwoods League, carving up Green Bay in his sixth and two-thirds innings of work. He gave up just one run, while walking two and striking out five.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Rockers return to Memorial Park for the series finale tomorrow, and still sit 3.5 games back in the race for the Great Lakes West second-half title.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Rockers return home on Monday, August 3, hosting the Wausau Woodchucks!
