Growlers Opening Day: July 1st

Current Ticket Holders,

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and support. YOU are the lifeblood of our team. We know you’ve patiently waited with your 365-Game Plan, group outing, or corporate season tickets. We’re excited to share with you our update on your package.

Ballpark Seating Capacity

The Growlers will start July 1st with a highly limited capacity of 100 fans.

Seating Configuration for Social Distancing

For seating, our ticket team has redesigned and placed each ticket account into new seats. All “household pods” as we call them will be separated by four seats and no one will be seated in the row directly in front or behind them. Group areas will have tables spaced out a minimum of 6 feet between the closest chairs, with no more than 4 at a table.

YOUR Seats, Schedule, and Ticket Plan Dates

365-Game Plan members, Home Plate Club, and Suite Seat holders with a paid balance will be seated in a revised Plan schedule. We will try to accommodate your seat locations the best we can with our new socially distanced layout. An email will be sent out very soon detailing your new seat location, and game schedule. If you have any questions, please call our office and we will be happy to answer them.

If you haven’t paid your balance but have a deposit in, no problem. Call or email your ticket representative this week, and upon payment, we will seat you in the best seats and plan available.

Bell’s Bear Cave, Miller Lite Bear Trap, and Pet Supplies Plus Tail-gate groups will be booked on dates starting July 8th. If you have a group outing booked with us, please call your ticket representative to discuss new dates and options.

Food and Beverage

Regarding your all-inclusive food included with your tickets, we have revamped the procedure in which to receive your food. All items will be pre-wrapped and pre- packaged. A staff member (with a mask and gloves) will hand you your requested items, including drinks.

Next Steps Summary

  1. Soon, the Growlers will send you an email with your new game dates and socially distanced seating location.
  2. At that time, if you have questions, call or email your Ticket Representative. We ask for your patience as we expect a high response volume.
  3. If you decide you are not comfortable attending games this season and purchased before April 1, there will be options provided to you.
  4. Date swaps will still be taking place on a first come, first served basis, based on availability.
