Kalamazoo was looking to end a four game game skid, but the skid continued.\n<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n\tBC would strike first on a 2 out RBI single from their catcher Justin Felix (Arkansas State) scoring their center fielder Nick Menken (Virginia Tech) from second , 1-0 Burritos. Felix would add a sac fly in the bottom of the third to make it 2-0 Burritos.\n<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n\tBurrito left fielder Cody Hawken (Portland) would add an RBI single in the bottom of the 4th to make it 3-0 Battle Creek. Later that inning BC shortstop Alex Howard (Memphis) knocked a double down the left field line to make 4-0 Battle Creek.\n<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n\tThe bottom of the fifth saw Burritos right fielder Evan Faccenda (Clarke) shoot an RBI single through the left side of the infield scoring DH JD Mundy (Virginia Tech) from second to make it&nbsp;5-0 BC.\n<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n\tWith Battle Creek now leading 8-0 the Corn Dogs would get on the board in the top of the ninth on a fielder&#039;s choice off the bat of catcher Ryan Orr (SDSU), 8-1 Burritos. A two run error from BC shortstop Alex Howard off the bat of Jeff Riedel (Ball State) allowed two more corndogs to cross the plate. Ivan Estrella (UT Rio Grande), and Mitch Bigras (Boston College) would score to make it 8-3.\n<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n\tIt would be all Battle Creek in this one as they would go onto win by the score of 8-3.&nbsp;The Burritos offense was consistent throughout the game as they scored in 6 of 8 frames. Battle Creek starter Dakota Edwards (Cal State Stanislaus) went 8 innings of scoreless ball to compliment the Burrito offense.\n<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n\tThe Corn Dogs and Burritos are back at it tomorrow at Homer Stryker Field.
