The Cavaliers are an annual powerhouse and are currently ranked 17<span class=\"s2\">th<\/span> in the country.<\/p>\n<p>This recruiting update is presented by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/onstaffusa.com\/\"><span class=\"s1\">OnStaff Group<\/span><\/a>. So far in his sophomore year, he has started eight times in 11 games. As a freshman he batted .231, only striking out twice in 39 at bats. He had nine hits including one triple. So far in 2018 Richardson is batting ,182 with a steal. He was a four-year starter in high school and led his team to three State Championships. Richardson also earned 4A All-State Honors at Shortstop his senior year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"s3\">C | Brendan<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> Rivoli | 6\u20190\u201d | L\/R | Freshman | <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Douglassville, Pa.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rivoli is a graduate of Daniel Boone High School, where he was a four-year varsity starter. In High School he earned his teams Sportsmanship\/MVP award. He also was a three-time All-Area player as well as a three-time All-County Selection in Berks County. As well as being a star on the diamond Rivoli played two years of Ice Hockey in High School, where he earned All-County as a sophomore scoring 27 goals. So far at Virginia, Rivoli has appeared in four games, where he has two hits in five at-bats, along with one walk. His second career<a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> hit drove home the game-winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning against Yale, in what was also his first career RBI.<\/p>\n<p>###<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>The Kalamazoo Growlers are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League.
