In Jaden\u2019s first year with the Growlers, he called all of the team\u2019s home games while being the youngest announcer in the league. \u201cI had an incredible experience in my first year in Kalamazoo and I am incredibly excited to be coming back to the Kalamazoo Growlers organization,\u201d said Taylor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jaden originally from Omaha Nebraska has a wealth of experience serving as the broadcaster for Arizona State University Athletics, Phoenix College Athletic, and the Arizona Fall League. \u201cWe are thrilled to be bringing back Jaden for year 2 as his knowledge, experience and work ethic will be extremely valuable to our broadcast team,\u201d said <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Growlers Director of Media and Entertainment Dean Thomas. Taylor will return with more responsibilities this season as he will also serve as the team\u2019s Media Liaison and Sports Information Director. Fans will be able to tune into Jaden&#8217;s call of games on the Northwoods League Baseball Network as well as ESPN+ for select games.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">###<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Kalamazoo Growlers are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. The Northwoods League is the proven leader in the development of elite college baseball players. Now in its\u2019 31st season, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 23 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires, and front office staff, 300 a Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including three-time All-Star and 2016 Roberto Clemente Award winner Curtis Granderson, three-time Cy Young Award winner and World Series Champion Max Scherzer (NYM), two-time World Series Champions Ben Zobrist and Brandon Crawford (SFG) and World Series Champion Chris Sale (BOS). As well as 2019 Rookie of the Year and 2019\/2021 Home Run Derby Champion Pete Alonso (NYM) and 2021 All-Star, MLB Gold Glove winner and 2019 Second Team All-MLB shortstop Marcus Semien (TEX).
