To Kzoo and all of Southwest Michigan,<\/p>\n

While the crack of the bat has been missing since last August, the heartbeat of this stadium never stopped.<\/p>\n

A baseball \u201coffseason\u201d is anything but quiet. It is a season of tireless preparation, and before we throw the first pitch I want to say thank you so many people that have gotten us to this point.<\/p>\n

This opening day is possible because of the people who fuel our engine: our dedicated front office and staff, our hardworking interns, our corporate partners, our host families and the best fans in the country.<\/p>\n

You are the backbone of Growlers baseball, and we couldn\u2019t do this without you.<\/p>\n

We are thrilled to welcome you to the newly named Honor Credit Union Stadium.<\/p>\n

This partnership is about more than just a sign on the gate; it\u2019s a shared commitment to improving the quality of life here in Southwest Michigan through more events, better facilities, and initiatives that reach far beyond the diamond.<\/p>\n

The City of Kalamazoo, Michigan: Thanks to the city\u2019s investment, you\u2019ll be sitting in one of 1,100 brand-new Interkal seats behind state-of-the-art safety netting.<\/p>\n

The Stadium Improvement Partners: We are currently in the middle of the largest stadium investment in our history. There is still work to do, but every improvement has started with one thing in mind: the fan experience.<\/p>\n

New seating areas, upgraded concessions, expanded food and drink options, kids zone enhancements, shaded gathering spaces, additional restrooms, and much more are all designed to make Honor Credit Union Stadium better than ever.<\/p>\n

The Team: Our roster is hungry, gritty, and ready to compete for a championship with one of the best coaching staffs in the country.<\/p>\n

The Promotions: Our front office spent the entire offseason planning drone shows and fireworks nights, K-Pop Night, Cecil Fielder Night and so many more. We can\u2019t wait to put on the show.<\/p>\n

The Event: We are pumped to take on the largest special event in our organization\u2019s history: Kalapalooza. This massive festival combines our two largest festivals into one big end of the summer party.<\/p>\n

There is a lot of \u201cnew\u201d this year\u2014new seats, new partners, and new sights.<\/p>\n

But one thing has never changed: our mission \u2014 Where Fun Makes a Difference.<\/p>\n

It has guided us since day one and continues to drive us now, 13 years later.<\/p>\n

Thank you for being part of this journey. My family and I are incredibly proud to call this community, this ballpark, and this team home.<\/p>\n

Pardon our dust as we grow, keep your eyes on the scoreboard, and let\u2019s have some fun.<\/p>\n
