\n\tGreen Bay, Wisc. – The Kalamazoo Growlers got out to the 4-0 lead, but the Green Bay Bullfrogs came storming back in the late innings to walk off in the 10th<\/sup> and sweep the Growlers by the score of 5-4 from Joannes Stadium.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tLaren Eustace (Indiana) came up to the plate with runners on first and second a roped a single down the right field line off David Hensley (San Diego State) to plate Matt Hoeg (Iowa Western) for the winning run. Hoeg led off the bottom of the 10th<\/sup> with a double to give the Bullfrogs the spark,\n<\/p>\n

\n\tKalamazoo scored two runs each in the fourth and the fifth innings to get out to the 4-0 lead, but the Bullfrogs chipped away and eventually scored one in the bottom of the eighth off the bat of Josh Hollander (), who drove in Hoeg via the sacrifice fly. Hoeg led the Bullfrogs offensively, going 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tGrant Wolfram (Central Michigan) started the game for the Growlers with three no-hit innings while striking out three and walking two. Offensively, seven different Growlers recorded hits with Dan Robinson (Central Michigan) leading the way. Robinson went 2-for-4 with a walk and a run scored. Hensley, Sam Griggs (Southern Indiana), Jay Smith (Kalamazoo Valley CC) picked up an RBI each for the Growlers.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMitch Anderson (Kalamazoo Valley CC) extended his hitting streak to five games with a single in the fifth inning. Anderson finished the day going 1-for-3 with a run scored and two walks.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tKalamazoo (31-33) will head back to Homer Stryker Field to take on the Madison Mallards in a two-game set. Zach Vitkuske (Muskegon CC) is set to take the mound for the Growlers in Game 1 of the series, and Cody Ritsema (Aquinas) will be making his second start in the series finale. First pitch on Saturday is set for 6:05 ET.\n<\/p>\n
