\n\tKenosha, Wis. – The Kenosha Kingfish host the St. Cloud Rox for the second game of the opening two game home stand at the historic Simmons Field on Wednesday, May 27th<\/sup>, with the first pitch at 6:35 p.m.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Kingfish will hand the ball to Josh Serio tonight. Serio plays his college ball locally at UW-Parkside and is a tremendous addition to the Kingfish pitching staff this season.  The Greenfield, Wisconsin native looks to lead the Kingfish to their first victory of the season. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAndrew Sykes will get the start on the mound for the Rox.  The 6’2”, 195-pound left-handed pitcher played his freshman year of baseball at Heartland Community College.  Sykes will try to help the Rox improve to 2-0 on the year. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Kingfish fell to the Rox 13-4 on Opening Night last night.  Paul Schuster pitched five strong innings for the Kingfish, striking out five and only allowing one walk.  Outfielder Nick Sergakis (2-4, 3RBIs) and catcher Jason Scholl (2-3 with a double) led the offense on the night. An enthusiastic crowd of 2,433 was in attendance to cheer on the Kingfish for the first game of the season.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Kingfish are on the road Thursday and then return home Friday, May 29th<\/sup> against the Lakeshore Chinooks at 7:05 p.m.  Friday is Smith and Forge Wrestling Night with an appearance by WWE legend Jerry “The King” Lawler.  Saturday the Kingfish butt heads with the Battle Creek Bombers at home at 6:05, with postgame Miller Lite fireworks immediately following the game.\n<\/p>\n
