\n\tThe Kingfish continue their home stand Tuesday, July 7th and Wednesday, July 8th<\/sup> at Simmons Field this week. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tBaseball fanatics are sure in for a treat at Tuesday’s 7:05 p.m. ball game.  Lynch Chevrolet presents MLB Hall of Famer and former Chicago Cub Andre Dawson.  “The Hawk” will be signing autographs before the game from 6:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. and also from 7:15 p.m. to 8 pm.  Limit one autograph per person. Earlier in the day, Dawson will be at Lynch Chevrolet to sign autographs and meet fans from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Also at Simmons Field that night is Educators Credit Union Teacher Appreciation Day.  A free hat is given to teachers who purchase a ticket and show school ID.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWednesday at 12:05 p.m. is Grandparents Day and Kids Day presented by Meadowmere Southport Senior Living, Hospice Alliance, Azura Memory Care, Synergy HomeCare and Kenosha Estates Living & Care Center.  Grandparents and kids are invited to play catch in the outfield before the game.  A Petting Zoo sponsored by Jerry Smith Pumpkin Farm will be set up for kids to interact with baby goats, llamas, ducks, and even an alpaca.  Come on out to enjoy a fabulous afternoon of baseball and entertainment this week. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Kingfish ticket office powered by Platinum Systems office is located at 7817 Sheridan Road and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Kingfish ticket office Powered by Platinum systems is open from 8:30 a.m. until the end of the game on home game dates. \n\tThe Kenosha Kingfish are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. Playing its 21st<\/sup>  season of summer collegiate baseball, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 18 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, more than 115 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including Cy Young Award winner Max Scherzer (WAS) and MLB All-Stars Chris Sale (CWS), Jordan Zimmermann (WAS), Curtis Granderson (NYM), Lucas Duda (NYM) and Ben Zobrist (OAK).
