\n\tKenosha, Wis. – The Kenosha Kingfish (46-20) begin their final homestand of the year against the Green Bay Bullfrogs (38-28) tonight at 7:05 p.m. at Simmons Field. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Kingfish defeated the Mankato MoonDogs 9-6 last night in Mankato. John Brodner went 4-4 to lead the Kingfish and Zach Weigel, Micah Coffey, and Collin Dupree all had two hits on the night as well.  David Meade started and went two innings for Kenosha.  Mario Samuel pitched one inning of relief to earn the win and J.D. Nielsen picked up the save.  Kenosha finished 4-1 on the road trip. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tOn the mound tonight for the Kingfish is Rico Garcia.  The junior from Hawaii Pacific is 3-3 with a 3.82 ERA in eight starts this season.  In 42.1 innings pitched, the 2014 Northwoods League All-Star has 42 strikeouts.  Garcia has lasted at least five innings in six starts this summer.  \n<\/p>\n

\n\tTonight is Carthage College Back To School Night.  Drawstring bags will be given away and fans are encouraged to bring school supplies to the ballpark for a school supplies drive.  Boxes will be at the gates to drop off donations. \n<\/p>\n
