Representing the Kingfish will be starting pitcher Brendon Allen, closing pitcher Ryan Orr, and third baseman Marty Bechina.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBrendon Allen has had a great season under his belt. Assuming the role of Kingfish ace, the junior at Eastern Illinois is picking up right where he left off last season. Allen has a 2-2 record and a 2.57 ERA this season, with 35 strikeouts.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRyan Orr has been anchoring the back-end of the Kingfish bullpen all season long. Just like in 2015, Orr has been very difficult to hit, and has given manager Duffy Dyer a sense of calmness with the game on the line. Orr boasts a 2.31 ERA with 2 saves and 13 strikeouts this summer.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMarty Bechina is the only newcomer to the ball club. Bechina has established himself as a presence in the Kingfish lineup, and has earned the respect of managers around the league for his play. He is hitting .302 with 3 HR and 21 RBI this season.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe Kenosha Kingfish will host the 2016 All-Star Game on&nbsp;<span>July 19 at 7:05 PM CT<\/span>. The Kingfish will also host the home run derby on July 18<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;down at the Kenosha Harbor beginning at&nbsp;<span>5:30 PM CT<\/span>.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tTickets and merchandise for your Kenosha Kingfish are on sale now. Playing its 23rd season of summer collegiate baseball in 2015, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 18 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, more than 120 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including Cy Young Award winner Max Scherzer (WAS) and MLB All-Stars Chris Sale (CWS), Jordan Zimmermann (WAS), Curtis Granderson (NYM), Allen Craig (BOS) and Ben Zobrist (OAK).
