\n\tKingfish Announce 2017 Aurora Health Care Jersey Design Contest<\/u><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tKenosha, Wis. – The Kenosha Kingfish are searching for artistic area students to design the 2017 road and alternate jersey.  The Kingfish welcome Kenosha area middle school and high school students to participate in the competition.  The jersey will be worn as a road jersey and home alternate in 2017 and auctioned off  at the end of the season.  Proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the Aurora Health Care Foundation.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tOver 200 students in the greater Kenosha area participated in the jersey design contest in 2016. Quinn, Jaden and Elinor from All Saints Catholic School were the contest winners, as their designs were the inspiration for the 2016 Kingfish alternate jersey. The Kingfish wore the stylish jerseys for all 36 road games and as an alternate uniform during select home games.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn order to be considered, participants must follow the guidelines below:\n<\/p>\n

\n\t1.    The Kingfish will accept any of the following design samples: computer designs (preferred), paint, crayons, colored pencils, markers and any other way students can convey their concepts.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t2.    The deadline for all participants is December 2, 2016.  The school or students can send their submissions via email, mail, fax or in person at Simmons Field.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t3.    The jersey must include the following:\n<\/p>\n

\n\ta.             All Kingfish PMS colors\n<\/p>\n

\n\tb.             Jersey must include the Kingfish fish logo\n<\/p>\n

\n\tc.             Include two (2) digit numbers (numbers 10-99) on back of jersey\n<\/p>\n

\n\td.             Number on front location is optional\n<\/p>\n

\n\te.             Jersey designs with the “Kenosha” or “Kingfish” text logos are preferred\n<\/p>\n

\n\tf.             100% of the surface uniform can be used\n<\/p>\n

\n\t4.    The winning artist will be given the opportunity to throw out a first pitch. Winner will also receive a jersey of their own and a party for up to ten (10) friends\/family members.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe picture below shows the alternate jersey inspired by the designs of Quinn, Jaden and Elinor from All Saints Catholic School.\n<\/p>\n
