Grafton, WI – A group of right-handed pitchers have been added to the Chinooks roster as Joe Glassey<\/strong> (Illinois), Ryan Jungbauer<\/strong> (Northwestern Ohio), Mitch Mueller<\/strong> (Winona State), and Ben Riffe<\/strong> (Lansing Community College) will be enjoying the summer in Lakeshore.<\/p>\n

Joe Glassey (RHP\/Fr.) <\/strong>was a 3-year letter winner at Lakes Community High School in Lake Villa, Illinois and was the number 12 right-handed pitcher in Illinois by Prep Baseball Report. The Lindenhurst, Illinois native missed the shortened 2020 season due to injury. In a comeback season, Glassey has made 10 appearances so far in 2021 with 17 innings pitched and 11 strikeouts.<\/p>\n

Ryan Jungbauer (RHP\/Jr.) <\/strong>is from Waterford, WI where he was ranked the number 7 right-handed pitcher by Perfect Game coming out of high school. During the shortened 2020 season, Jungbauer appeared in 8 games out of the bullpen, pitching 8.1 innings, only allowing 1 earned run, and posting a 1.08 earned run average. So far in 2021, he has pitched in 24 innings, has posted a 3.00 earned run average, and has added 42 strikeouts.<\/p>\n

Mitch Mueller (RHP\/Fr.) <\/strong>attended Brookfield Central High School where he was a 2-time team captain, awarded 2nd<\/sup> team all-conference, and received 2-time Greater Metro Conference honors. Throughout his 2018 and 2019 high school seasons, Mueller pitched 86 and 1\/3 innings with a 1.70 earned run average and 77 strikeouts. The right-handed pitcher from Winona State has thrown 21.2 innings this season, recorded 33 strikeouts, and holds an earned run average of 4.98.<\/p>\n

Ben Riffe (RHP\/Fr.) <\/strong>is a Troy, MI native who was the number 4 ranked right-handed pitcher by Perfect Game coming out of high school in Michigan. He only pitched 3 innings during the shortened 2020 season, but here in 2021 he already has 25 innings under his belt. Riffe has only allowed 4 earned runs with 35 strikeouts and has posted a 1.44 earned run average.<\/p>\n

The 2021 season is presented by\u00a0Port Washington State Bank<\/a> (Member FDIC) with the home opener set for June 3rd<\/sup> at 6:35pm against the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders. Season, group, and single game tickets are now on sale.<\/p>\n
