\n\tEddy Morgan will be returning as the Lakeshore Chinooks Manager in 2015. Morgan will enter his fourth summer with the Chinooks, third as manager. During the Chinooks inaugural season, Eddy served as an assistant coach under then-Chinooks manager John Vodenlich. At the conclusion of the 2014 season, Morgan was named the 2014 Northwoods League Manager of the Year!\n<\/p>\n
\n\t2014 was a memorable year for Morgan and the Chinooks. After sweeping their way through the playoffs, Lakeshore became the 2014 Northwoods League Champions for the first time in franchise history. They ended the 2014 season with an overall record of 50-21. Morgan’s 50 wins is third best in Northwoods League history. The team was also South Division Champions as well as winning both halves in the division. Shortly after claiming the Northwoods League Championship, the Chinooks were named the number one summer team in the nation by Perfect Game, the largest amateur baseball scouting service in the country.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIn 2013, Morgan led the Chinooks to a Second Half South Division title and the organization’s first playoff berth. The Chinooks were knocked out of the playoffs by the Madison Mallards in game three of the divisional series. Lakeshore posted a 44-26 record in 2013. As an assistant in 2012, the team ended with a 35-35 record.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tDuring the Chinooks off-season, Morgan is the head baseball coach for Concordia University Wisconsin, a positon he took in 2013. Before leading the Falcons on the diamond, Eddy was the head baseball coach at UW-Superior for seven seasons.\n<\/p>\n
