To help us determine the 30 members who will make up the 5th Anniversary Team we are asking for help from the Nook Nation.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBelow is a link to the voting for the 5th Anniversary Team. Fans can vote between now and May 15th to help us decide our 5th anniversary team.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/XDSK9LV\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/XDSK9LV<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tFans can vote on five player categories: Top Corner Infielders, Top Middle Infielders, Top Catchers, Top Outfielders, Top Pitchers plus a write-in player.
