In partnership with the Aurora Health Care Foundation, Kapco Park will be hosting the Mindful Tri Cancer Walk on Saturday, June 16th. The walk will benefit Aurora Cancer Care.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the schedule of events:<\/p>\n<p>8am to 9am: Registration<br \/>\n9am to 930am: Tri Part 1: Program and Stretch Exercises<br \/>\n930am: Tri Part 2: Walk<br \/>\n9am to 11am: Tri Part 3: Relaxation Techniques<\/p>\n<p>For the walk, the Lakeshore Chinooks organization is putting together a walk team and are looking for Nook Nation to get involved. Fans can join our walk team and help us raise funds in which 100% of the proceeds will be going to Aurora Cancer Care. Registration is free for the walk in the event an individual wants to participate but cannot donate. The team is also accepting donations from individuals who can&#8217;t join our walk team. Only 50 bobbles will be available for those who make a $50 donation but can not attend the walk. The rest of the bobbleheads will be available only for those who attend the walk and make a $50 donation. Items you receive from donating can be picked up at Kapco Park following the walk on June 16th.<\/p>\n<p>Do you know somebody who is a cancer survivor or currently battling cancer? Lakeshore is looking for a few individuals to assist Gill in leading our walk team the day of the event. To submit a name, email erics@lakeshorechinooks.com<\/p>\n<p>Registration for the walk is now open and donations can now be accepted by the Chinooks.
