IN ACCORDANCE TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH MADISON & DANE COUNTY LIFTING OF ORDERS ON JUNE 2nd, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS, GUIDELINES, AND THINGS TO KNOW WILL BE IN PLACE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2021 MALLARDS SEASON:
- Fans will not be required to wear masks at the ballpark, but are recommended to when unable to socially distance if unvaccinated
- ALL TICKETS will be sent DIGITALLY! Have your tickets ready for scanning upon entry, either on device or printed PDF – these will be sent under the subject: YOUR NORTHWOODS LEAGUE TICKETS and may be in your Spam Folder
- There will no longer be socially distanced or vaccinated sections at the Duck Pond, the ballpark will be opened up to all available seats for purchase – if you would like to talk about accommodations, please call the ticket office at 608-246-4277
- Fans will enter the ballpark through the Main Gate near the Mallards Ticket Office
- Please, NO CARRY INS, any carry ins seen in the ballpark are subject to confiscation
- We are now a CASH FREE ballpark, cash can be used to purchase gift cards for use in the stadium a the Paul Davis Team Store or at the Ticket Office, but cash will not be accepted at any concessions stands
- When purchasing alcoholic beverages, it is LIMIT 2 BEERS per person, per trip
- No pets allowed in the Duck Pond
- Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited in the Duck Pond, there is a smoking area near the Back Gate of the stadium
- Strollers are allowed in the ballpark if they are not blocking the view of other guests or taking up a seat
- Children 5 and Under are free if they do not require their own seat
- The Mallards staff have the right to ask fans to leave if they are not following park guidelines
- Refunds will not be given in the event of removal from a game
- Hand sanitization stands will be located around the ballpark
- Staff will required to wear masks if unvaccinated and working in an indoor location of the ballpark
- Fans are expected to be respectful of the ballpark and other guests at all times, don’t ruin the fun for others!
- If you have symptoms or feel sick, please stay home!
