We take a great deal of pride in developing sports marketing leaders of the future.\u201d<\/span><span><\/span><br \/><span><\/span><br \/><span>McGhee will start his first season as a Corporate Account Manager after being hired as a seasonal operations employee in March. \u00a0He will work with local businesses to create business development and client and employee entertainment solutions. \u00a0McGhee is a 2010 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned his bachelors degree in Finance and Spanish. He hails from Hartland, WI.<\/span><br \/><span><\/span><br \/><span>Elger will enter his third year with the Mallards. He completed a marketing internship in 2010 and \u00a0served as a part-time inside sales representative in 2011. \u00a0Elger enters his new role of Corporate Service Manager for the 2012 season. \u00a0Elger will work with corporate partners of the Mallards to develop strategic marketing campaigns. \u00a0He graduated in 2011 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a degree in Consumer Science &#8211; Consumer Affairs. \u00a0He is originally from Kenosha, WI. <\/span><br \/><span><\/span><br \/><span>Phelan is a veteran Mallards employee starting her tenure with the Mallards in the concession stand in 2003.
