The Mallards have begun to release their 2007 tentative promotional schedule two promotions at a time every weekday.<\/p>\n

The promotion for the last game of the year will be announced first while working towards Opening Day on May 31, 2007. <\/p>\n

The promotions for Wednesday, June 13 include:
\nU.S. Cellular Bobblehead Night! Party like its 1999 because this year we\u2019re handing out Dancin\u2019 Maynard G. Mallard Bobbleheads to the first 1,000 fans! Come early; these items won\u2019t last long! <\/p>\n

Are you over 21? Then come to receive the second pint glass in the five-part Redhook & Genna\u2019s Pint Glass Series (first 1,000 fans).<\/p>\n

This Wednesday and every Wednesday throughout the season will also feature the Mallards wearing yellow uniforms presented by Pella Windows. Pella is also sponsoring the \u201cPower of Yellow\u201d Family Four Pack that offers four bleacher tickets, four hot dogs, and four sodas for just 20 dollars! How can you beat that? <\/p>\n

On Sunday, June 10, its Summit Credit Union Play More Catch with Dad Night! After the Mallards take on the Wisconsin Woodchucks, play catch in the outfield! The first 1,000 father & kid combos will receive a commemorative baseball after the game. Celebrate Father\u2019s Day a week early!<\/p>\n

The first 500 fans 14 & under will also receive a Mallards water bottle courtesy of Prairie Athletic before the game!
\nStay alert because Dolphin\u2019s Cove passes will be given away throughout the afternoon! <\/p>\n

This Sunday and every Sunday throughout the season will also be Famous Footwear Kids Eat Free Sundays. Every Sunday kids (14 & under) can receive a free hot dog, soda, and bag of chips with a full-priced ticket courtesy of Famous Footwear. Don\u2019t worry about supper Mom and Dad, we\u2019ve got it covered!<\/p>\n

Fans will be able to vote at Mallardsbaseball.com to decide which giveaway the Mallards will have on Opening Day.<\/p>\n

The choices for the Opening Day giveaway are: sweat bands, bumper stickers, commemorative baseballs, and a mystery item.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, April 26, the Madison Mallards will be giving fans and the media a preview to the 2007 season with the Mallards First Pitch. The event will be held at the Great Dane Brew Pub downtown location starting at 1:00 p.m. Mallards Head Coach C.J. Thieleke and P.A. Announcer Aaron Sims will speak about the 2007 roster accompanied by a slideshow. General Manager Vern Stenman will follow with a presentation about improvements to the ballpark along with insight about the completed promotional schedule. A fan question and answer session will follow. Admission is free to the public and appetizers, ballpark food, soda, and beer will be provided. Merchandise will also be available for purchase.<\/p>\n

The Mallards season starts Thursday May 31 at the Duck Pond. Group tickets are on sale now and single-game tickets go on sale April 28th. Call 246-4277 or log onto Mallardsbaseball.com for more information.<\/p>\n
