Madison, WI – April 4, 2008. Karaoke singers unite! American Idol Night returns to the “Duck Pond” on Saturday, July 26, & this year former infamous Idol contestant William Hung headlines the event! Currently a student at CSU Northridge (Calif.), Hung (pictured) appeared on the hit-show in 2003, gaining iconic status after singing Ricky Martin’s “She bangs, she bangs” to famed judges Paula, Simon, & Randy. Though it was a bit off-key, Hung’s emphatic hand gestures & positive attitude won-over the hearts of many around the world & even earned himself a $ 25,000 record deal. After the performance he admitted, “I have no professional training.” Hung will be available for autographs & pictures throughout the evening! <\/p>\n

Former American Idol contestant William Hung headlines the Mallards second annual “Idol” Night & throughout the evening you’ll have an opportunity to put your karaoke skills to the test! Do you have what it takes to become the next Mallards “American Idol?”<\/p>\n
