The contest will run until Sunday, February 16<sup>th<\/sup> at 5:00 pm.&nbsp; The top ten entries in &lsquo;Likes&rsquo; at the end of the contest will be the finalists. The winner will be determined by the Mallards front office staff and will be announced on Friday, February 21<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<font face=\"arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.222222328186035px\">Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.10152011639642599.1073741830.97313777598&amp;type=1\">this link<\/a> to vote for your favorite design.<\/span><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">The students were given the task of designing a jersey with the following guidelines.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">The Mallards will accept any of the following design samples: computer designs (preferred), paint, crayons, colored pencils, markers and any other way students want to convey their ideas!<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">The jersey must include the following:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">One Primary Color = Yellow&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Two Secondary Colors = Green and White<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Jersey must include the Mallards Duck Head<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Include &quot;MALLARDS&quot; text logo<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Include two (2) digit numbers (numbers 10-99) on back of jersey.<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">100% of the surface uniform can be used<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">The winning artist will be given the opportunity to throw out the first pitch at the game on May 28<sup>th<\/sup>, the first game the Mallards will wear the jerseys. &nbsp;They will also receive their own alternate jersey and a party for up to 10 friends and families members that night.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">The Mallards will work with the winning artist and their design team to get the jersey fully designed and produced.&nbsp; Certain jerseys may be disqualified if they do not meet the requirements above.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">The Madison Mallards&nbsp;are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. Playing its 21st&nbsp;season of summer collegiate baseball, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 18 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, more than 115 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including Cy Young Award winner Max Scherzer (DET) and MLB All-Stars Chris Sale (CWS), Jordan Zimmermann (WAS), Curtis Granderson (NYM), Allen Craig (STL) and Ben Zobrist (TB).
