\n\tVogrin, a 5’9,” 204-pound right-hander from Channahon, Illinois, is currently in his second season at Illinois State. Vogrin has pitched in 28.2 inning over 24 appearances, striking out 29.\n<\/p>\n
\n\t \n<\/p>\n
\n\tAs a freshman for the Redbirds, Vogrin appeared in 17 innings across 14 games, striking out 12 and posting a 1-0 record.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWhile at Minooka High School, Vorgin was a four-year letter winner and led his team to two conference championships as a junior and senior. As a senior, Vogrin posted a perfect 9-0 record with a 1.14 ERA and 0.82 WHIP, earning all-state honors. As a sophomore, Vogrin pitched 32.2 innings without allowing an earned run.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tBerge, a 6’1,” 185-pound righty from Vernon, New Jersey, is finishing up his third season for the Cardinals. He has pitched 30.2 innings for St. John Fisher College, posting a 3.82 ERA.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAs a sophomore, Berge appeared in a career-high 44 innings across 20 games. He led the team and conference with a 1.84 ERA, earning second team all-conference honors.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIn his freshman campaign, Berge pitched 7.2 innings, allowing only two hits. He finished his first year with a WHIP under 1.00.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tBerge was a four-year letter winner at Vernon Township High School, where he was an all-league selection as a senior. In that 2013 season, Berge led the team in ERA (2.91) and strikeouts (42).\n<\/p>\n
\n\tFrance, a 6’1,” 210-pound right-handed pitcher from Luling, Louisiana, has just finished his second season with the Green Wave after missing 2015 due to injury. He logged 63.2 inning across 14 games, 10 of those being starts, and had a 5-2 record. He posted a 2.97 ERA and held opposing hitters to a .245 batting average.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIn 2014, France became the only true freshman in the history of Tulane baseball to start Opening Day. He finished the season with 35 innings pitched and 36 strikeouts, which was good for third on the team.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWhile at Archbishop Shaw High School, France was a four-year letter winner, earning all-district honors in his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons as well as first team all-state honors as a junior and senior. He went 7-1 with a 0.37 ERA and 113 strikeouts in 64.1 innings as a senior.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWhite, a 6’2,” 205-pound right-hander from Chicago, Illinois, is returning to Madison after competing with the Mallards in 2015. White pitched ten innings a season ago, striking out seven and posting a 3.60 ERA.j Currently in his third season at Davenport University, White sits at a 6-1 record with a 2.36 ERA and 64 strikeouts in 61 innings of work.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWhite competed at South Suburban Community College prior to transferring to Davenport.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Mallards will host their home opener on Friday, June 3rd when they take on the new Northwoods League affiliate Rockford Rivets. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 pm.
