Madison Night Mares Announce 2026 Schedule
\n<\/b>Night Mares defend their Northwoods League Championship beginning on June 9th<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>The Madison Night Mares are excited to release their 2026 schedule<\/a>. The Night Mares\u2019 first home game takes place Tuesday, June 9th at 6:05 p.m. against the Wausau Ignite.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Following the organization\u2019s first ever Northwoods League Softball Championship and a league best 35-7 record, the Night Mares will look to defend their title. After an offseason showered in Northwoods League postseason honors, the Night Mares turn their attention to their 2026 campaign, which will host the inaugural Northwoods League Softball Game the weekend of July 11th.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe couldn\u2019t be more excited to build off of last year\u2019s success both on and off the field,\u201d Night Mares General Manager, Samantha Rubin said. \u201cWe can\u2019t wait to share more memories with our fans and host the inaugural Northwoods League Softball game in Madison.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The Night Mares will play their final regular season home game on Saturday, August 1st at 6:35 p.m. against the La Crosse Steam. If they qualify, the Night Mares could play in the Northwoods League Softball playoffs in a best-of-three series spanning from Monday, August 3rd through Thursday, August 6th.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leveraging the 32-year success of the Northwoods League, the first for-profit Summer Collegiate Baseball League, Northwoods League Softball (NWLS) is the first for-profit Women\u2019s Summer Collegiate Softball League which began play in the Upper Midwest in the summer of 2024.\u00a0 The purpose of the League will be to develop players for their college, Olympic and future professional play.\u00a0 Teams will be promoted similar to minor league baseball teams, playing games in front of fans in a fun, friendly, family-oriented environment.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
