{"id":35258,"date":"2026-06-24T20:46:03","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T01:46:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/northwoodsleague.com\/mankato-habaneros\/?p=35258"},"modified":"2026-06-24T20:46:03","modified_gmt":"2026-06-25T01:46:03","slug":"habaneros-rally-comes-up-one-run-short-in-la-crosse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/northwoodsleague.com\/mankato-habaneros\/2026\/06\/24\/habaneros-rally-comes-up-one-run-short-in-la-crosse\/","title":{"rendered":"Habaneros Rally Comes Up One Run Short in La Crosse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>LA CROSSE, WIS. \u2013<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The Mankato Habaneros battled back from an early deficit but fell just short in an 11-10 loss to the La Crosse Steam on Wednesday night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After trailing 4-0 through three innings, Mankato&#8217;s bats came alive with four runs in the fourth and five more in the fifth to take the lead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Katy Olive (Miami University, OH)\u00a0 had a big night at the plate, going 3-for-4 with a home run, double, triple, five RBIs, and two runs scored.
