DiPasquale will join the dog squad from Minnesota State University, Mankato, following his second season with the Mavericks.<\/p>\n<p>DiPasquale is from Belleville, Illinois, and made his high school experience one to remember. He was an All-Conference infielder as a junior, an All-Conference utility as a senior, and a team captain. The honors do not stop there, as he was also a Saint Louis Metro Collegiate League All-Star.<\/p>\n<p>DiPasquale\u2019s 2024 summer was spent at the Clinton LumberKings, where he would appear in 11 games. Out of those 11 games, he started 3, won 4, and had 1 save. DiPasquale pitched 41.2 innings, with 40 strikeouts, and ended his season with an ERA of 1.30.<\/p>\n<p>This season for the Maverick squad, DiPasquale has appeared in 13 games with 2 saves. He has 23 innings pitched, 89 batters faced, and 17 strikeouts. His ERA so far this season is 1.57.<\/p>\n<p>Coach Danny Kneeland is ready for the righty Maverick, as he says &#8220;Ean is a talented right handed pitcher with electric stuff. He can keep hitters off balance with his command multiple pitches. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires, and front office staff, over 370 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including three-time All-Star and 2016 Roberto Clemente Award winner Curtis Granderson, three-time Cy Young Award winner and two-time World Series Champion Max Scherzer (TEX), two-time World Series Champions Ben Zobrist and Brandon Crawford and World Series Champion and Cy Young Award winner Chris Sale (ATL). As well as 2019 Rookie of the Year and 2019\/2021 Home Run Derby Champion Pete Alonso (NYM) and 2023 World Series Champion, MLB All-Star, MLB Gold Glove, two-time Silver Slugger winner and two-time All-MLB first team shortstop Marcus Semien (TEX).
