The Mankato MoonDogs came back from a three to nothing deficit to win again at Franklin Rogers Park 4-3 Friday night against the Eau Claire Express. Levi Scott led the way offensively for the MoonDogs going 2 for 3 at the plate and adding a critical late inning RBI.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe team improved their impressive home record to 4-0, but not in easy fashion. After giving up three runs in the third, the MoonDogs rebounded to score two in the fourth and one in the seventh to tie the game. Brett Synek then led off the bottom of the eighth with a double and David Petrino reached base, bunting his way to a throwing error which put runners on the corners. Spencer O&rsquo;Neil was then called in to pinch hit for Patrick Massoni and hit a shallow fly ball to center field. Express center fielder Brady Burzynski appeared to lose the ball in the lights and it dropped in, scoring Synek easily and giving the MoonDogs the lead.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDillon Williams got the start for Mankato and went five innings, giving up three earned runs while walking two and striking out two. The MoonDogs improved to 6-5 on the season as Jacob Westerhouse picked up the win. Taylor Duree took the loss for Eau Claire.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMankato will take on the Express again tomorrow night at Franklin Rogers Park, first pitch at 6:05pm. Fans who come to the game have the chance to meet the MoonDogs very own cast of Princesses, which will be on hand.
