\n\tRidge Smith put the MoonDogs on the board with an RBI single to left field to give the MoonDogs a 1-0 lead heading into the home half of the second.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tCraig Lepre broke a 1-1 tie with a rocket RBI double down the right field line and the MoonDogs headed into the bottom of the fourth with a 2-1 lead. Maris extended the MoonDogs lead to 3-1 with an RBI groundout in the fifth.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe MoonDogs broke the game open when Eric Schenck-Joblinske roped a two-run single to highlight a four-run top of the eighth for the MoonDogs.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAlexandria got one back in the bottom of the eighth, but it was too little too late as the MoonDogs held on for the 7-2 victory.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tCord Cockrell picked up his fifth win of the season, tossing five innings and allowing just one run on seven hits while striking out three. Alex Hackerott picked up the save with four innings of relief for the MoonDogs. The southpaw allowed just one run on two hits and struck out four.\n<\/p>\n
