\n\tMANKATO, MN— In the final game of the series between the Mankato MoonDogs and the St. Cloud Rox, rain once again struck at Franklin Rogers Park.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThis time it was in the middle of the seventh inning, with the MoonDogs trailing 6-2, when the game went under an initial 15 minute delay as they attempted to make the field playable.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tOnce play resumed the MoonDogs’ bats were woken up and the team began to rally, scoring three runs while only making one out, when once again the game was forced to undergo yet another delay.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter a lengthy delay, it was determined that the game could not be completed tonight.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Rox scored all six of their runs in the fourth inning, thanks in large part to a grand slam over the right field wall.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe MoonDogs will go on the road to Eau Claire tomorrow to take on the Express in a two-game series at Carson Park.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThey will be back home at The Frank on Tuesday to take on the Willmar Stingers. Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the gate, in their office at 1221 Caledonia St. or online at www.mankatomoondogs.com<\/a>\n<\/p>\n
