MINOT HOT TOTS SET TO HOST NATIONAL HIRING DAY

The New Team Aims to Hire 75 Game Day Staff

MINOT, ND – The Minot Hot Tots have officially entered their inaugural season. Currently, they are working on finalizing details that will help them maintain a high level of entertainment and provide a quality experience that the Northwoods League has been known for. In order to do this, they are looking to hire 75 game day staff members during a National Hiring Day Event on Saturday, February 18th from 10 am – 12 pm.

The mission of the Hot Tots is to use FUN to make a difference in the lives of fans, local businesses, players, staff, and the communities they serve.

“Our focus is always on serving our fans, and our game day team enables us to deliver outstanding fan experiences,” said Kaitlyn Mack, Minot Hot Tots Chief eXperience Officer. “We want to have happy, fun, and excited people who are passionate about being part of a team and serving others. With the right people, we are able to offer our fans the service and experience they deserve.”

Mack began her career in the Northwoods League with the Bismarck Larks in 2017 as a game-day team member. “I didn’t envision my game day role to last more than the season, but I quickly fell in love with the fans, the Northwoods League, and the fun, team atmosphere,” said Mack. Mack is now the Chief eXperience Officer with the Minot Hot Tots and is excited to welcome a new game-day team to Corbett Field this season.

Game day staff can expect flexibility that makes these positions suitable for this to be their first job, second job, or just-for-fun job. The season has 36 home games across the summer, starting in May through the beginning of August.

A variety of positions are available including

  • on-field hosts
  • score keepers
  • grill cooks
  • family fun zone
  • food prep
  • buffet attendants
  • concessions cashiers
  • merchandise cashiers
  • wristbanders
  • gate attendants
  • beer pourers
  • waitresses
  • mascot

The requirements for positions are that applicants must be 14+ years of age and want to create an exceptional experience in the ballpark all summer long.

The Hot Tots invite all who are interested to come as they are to this event. It will be hosted at their front office at 1905 2nd St SE, Minot ND. Applicants can fill out the application on the website, or fill out one upon arrival.
