In the event of bad weather, the best place to find out if the game has been delayed, postponed, or canceled is on our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).\u00a0 If we need to make any adjustments to the game, we’ll immediately put out a status update describing any details.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/span>What can I bring in with me?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

No food, beverage or related containers\u00a0are allowed into Mayo Field. No\u00a0<\/span>pets, except certified assistance dogs, are allowed into Mayo Field unless otherwise approved by the Rochester Honkers. Blankets and umbrellas may be carried in as long as they do not interfere with the game experience for the fans in attendance. Rochester Honkers Staff reserves the right to ask any fan to return their items to their vehicle in such cases that it does interfere.\u00a0 <\/span>To ensure the safety of fans, players, and employees, all containers and bags are subject to inspection.<\/span><\/p>\n

Children ages 3 and under receive free admission and do not need a ticket, unless sitting in their own seat in the Grandstand Reserved or Box Seats. \u00a0All Grandstand Reserved and Box Seat fans must have a ticket for their assigned seat. \u00a0Any fan over the age of 4 will pay regular admission price.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Single game tickets will go on sale in the Spring of each season. You can purchase your tickets online by clicking on “Buy Tickets” on the right side of the main page of the website. You can then print them at home! \u00a0No more waiting in line at the ticket booth! <\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>What’s the difference in the kinds of tickets?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

General Admission Tickets <\/strong>provide you with access to the game and a non-reserved grandstand seat, located in the main grandstand in section H. The grandstand is bleacher seating with back rests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grandstand Reserved<\/strong> Tickets <\/strong>provide you with access to the game and a reserved grandstand seat located in Sections A-G, directly behind home plate. The grandstand is bleacher seating with back rests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Box Seat Reserved Tickets<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0offer the best viewing for fans who want to be as close to the action as possible. These premium reserved seats are located in the first two rows of the stadium, with food and beverage wait-service included.<\/span><\/p>\n

Flight Deck Tickets<\/strong> p<\/span>rovides admission to the game and access to the Flight Deck where you will enjoy unlimited food and beverage through the 7th inning. Food items include beef and veggie burgers, hot dogs, brats, a variety of side items and more. Beverages include Pepsi products and beer on tap. Wine and specialty items are available for an additional fee. The Flight Deck offers standing room with first come, first served limited seating. <\/span>Group pricing (30+) is available<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Can I upgrade my ticket?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Absolutely! Any ticket can be upgraded. Choose the section you’d like to upgrade to and just pay the difference in pricing, based on availability, and you’ll be set! Ticket upgrades can be done for any game at the Honkers Office during regular office hours, or at the ticket booth for that day’s game only. Upgrades cannot be done online, or at the ticket booth for a future game date. \u00a0A maximum of one ticket may be used towards an upgrade, multiple tickets cannot be combined to equal the value of another ticket.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Can I exchange my tickets for a different game?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tickets may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for a future <\/em>home game at the Honkers Office prior to the original game date. \u00a0Tickets exchanges will be based on availability of the future game. Any expired or used game tickets will not <\/em>be granted\u00a0an exchange. No cash refund\u00a0will be given on tickets exchanged for a ticket of lesser value.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Can I get my tickets mailed or placed at will-call for me?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When ordering tickets over the phone, you may choose to have your tickets mailed to you or placed at the Stadium Box Office under\u00a0Will-Call.\u00a0All phone orders must be paid for at the time of the order, no tickets will be held without full payment. \u00a0If you choose to have your tickets mailed to you, there will be a $1.00 convenience fee added to your order. \u00a0Tickets placed at <\/span>Will-Call <\/span>do not have an additional charge but please remember a photo ID to claim your tickets. \u00a0When mailing tickets, please allow 5 business days from the date of your ticket order for the tickets to arrive. If your game is within 5 days, tickets can be placed at <\/span>Will-Call<\/span> for you. The <\/span>Stadium Box Office<\/span>\u00a0o<\/span>pens 60 minutes prior to the scheduled first pitch.<\/span><\/p>\n

Limited handicap parking is available in the Mayo Field parking lot on a first-come-first-serve basis. Handicap seating is located on the third base side of the stadium. Those requiring\u00a0 handicap seating may purchase a General Admission ticket designated for this area.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Pet Policy<\/span><\/strong>
\nWith the exception of certified service animals, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed into the stadium.\u00a0 The Rochester Honkers do allow some animals into the stadium for the sole purpose of participating in an on field promotion (pre-determined and scheduled only) as well as promotional dates (Bark in the Park).<\/span><\/p>\n

\nIf a legal game (4.5 innings) is not played the “used” General Admission Ticket may be exchanged for a current regular season general admission ticket.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to, the actual playing of the game, including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by thrown bats or thrown or batted balls, and agrees that the Northwoods League,\u00a0the\u00a0Rochester Honkers, member clubs, and players are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes. <\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>What level of baseball are the Rochester Honkers?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Rochester Honkers\u00a0are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. The Northwoods League (NWL) is a summer collegiate league which provides a place for the best college players in the country to spend their summers and display their talents to professional scouts. Every player in the NWL must be enrolled in college and have at least one year of athletic eligibility to participate in the NWL and due to NCAA regulations, the players cannot get paid while playing in the NWL. The league is designed to give college players the minor league experience by playing 72 games in 76 days, playing with wood bats, traveling on charter buses, and staying in hotels while on the road.<\/span><\/p>\n

Playing its 28th season of summer collegiate baseball, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 22 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, more than 115 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including MLB All-Stars Max Scherzer (DET), Chris Sale (CWS), Jordan Zimmermann (WAS), Curtis Granderson (NYY), Allen Craig (STL) and Ben Zobrist (TB). All Northwoods League games are viewable live and free of charge via the Northwoods League YouTube channel<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
