ACCESSIBILITY<\/strong>
\nLimited handicap parking is available in the Mayo Field parking lot on a first-come-first-served basis. Handicap seating is located on the third base side of the stadium. Those requiring\u00a0 handicap seating may purchase a General Admission ticket designated for this area.<\/p>\n

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES<\/strong>
\nNo alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out through any gate at\u00a0Mayo Field.\u00a0Minnesota law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. A\u00a0valid government issued picture ID, showing proof of age,\u00a0is required for anyone purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at Mayo Field. Anyone deemed to be intoxicated will be refused further alcoholic beverages\u00a0and may be asked to leave Mayo Field.\u00a0Drink responsibly and PLEASE DON\u2019T DRINK & DRIVE.<\/p>\n

ANIMALS<\/strong>
\nWith the exception of certified service animals, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed into Mayo Field.\u00a0 The Rochester Honkers occasionally allow some animals into the stadium for the sole purpose of participating in pre-scheduled on-field promotions or specialty promotional dates such as \u201cBark in the Park\u201d.<\/p>\n

BOX OFFICE
\n<\/strong>GAME DAY: Tickets for Rochester Honkers home games are available at the Mayo Field Box Office on game days beginning 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start of that day\u2019s game. Game day business office hours are Monday \u2013 Friday from 9am to 90 minutes prior to game time.<\/p>\n

NON-GAME DAY: Tickets may be pre-purchased at the Honkers business office Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.<\/p>\n

Game tickets may not be re-sold or distributed on stadium grounds at any time.<\/p>\n

CARRY-IN ITEMS<\/strong>
\nNo food, beverage or related containers are allowed into Mayo Field.\u00a0Blankets and umbrellas may be carried in as long as they do not interfere with the game experience for fans in attendance. The Rochester Honkers Staff reserves the right to ask any fan to return their items to their vehicle in such cases that it does interfere.\u00a0\u00a0To ensure the safety of fans, players, and employees, all containers and bags are subject to inspection.<\/p>\n

CAMERAS AND VIDEO CAMERAS<\/strong>
\nCameras and video cameras are permitted. Camera tripods are not permitted as they pose a trip hazard.<\/p>\n

CHAIRS\/LAWN UMBRELLAS<\/strong>
\nLawn chairs and lawn umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium.<\/p>\n

CHILDREN\u2019S ENTRY INTO THE BALLPARK<\/strong>
\nChildren\u00a03 years old and under are not required to have a ticket. Any child who enters without a ticket must\u00a0SHARE a seat with the accompanying adult.\u00a0 Anyone sitting in a Box Seat MUST have a ticket for their\u00a0assigned seat, including children\u00a03 and under.<\/p>\n

CONCESSIONS \/ FLIGHT DECK \/ GRAND SLAM PATIO \/ SUITE<\/strong>
\nThe Rochester Honkers offer full-service concession stands behind the General Admission seating area. The Main Concession Stand is located on the main concourse behind home plate on the first base side.
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0FLIGHT DECK\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Located down the left field line, the Flight Deck is an all-you-can-eat-and-drink experience, including adult beverages, soda, and a wide variety of food options.\u00a0\u00a0The Flight Deck provides first come first serve standing room with limited seating. Adult and Child ticket pricing is available. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office on game days based on availability, or pre-purchased at the business office. Group pricing is also available but must be pre-purchased at the business office.
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0GRAND SLAM PATIO\u00a0<\/strong>Located above the visitor\u2019s dugout down the third baseline, this all-you-can-eat-and-drink experience has the best seat in the house.\u00a0 The Grand Slam Patio is a private area rented to groups of 25-30. No single or walk-up tickets are available.
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0SUITE<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Located above Section B in the grandstand seating area, the suite is available for groups of 10. Your private enclosed Suite will have an exclusive catered menu for you to enjoy. Suites must be purchased and reserved in advance, no single ticket or walk-up tickets available.<\/p>\n

CONCOURSE<\/strong>
\nPlaying catch, running or rollerblading on the concourse is not permitted.<\/p>\n

DIAPER BAGS<\/strong>
\nInfant diaper bags are permitted with no size restriction. Bags are subject to search.<\/p>\n

FAN BEHAVIOR<\/strong>
\nAny patron(s) displaying the following conduct will be subject to ejection from the stadium:<\/p>\n

Interfering with other guests\u2019 ability to enjoy the game, using foul or abusive language or gestures, wearing obscene or indecent clothing, appearing impaired\/intoxicated, interfering with the progress of the game or going on to the field (also subject to arrest), and sitting in seats for which they are not properly ticketed.\u00a0Guests are not to interfere with a ball in play or interrupt\u00a0the game in any form. Violations of this rule will result in automatic ejection from the ballpark.<\/p>\n

FOUL BALLS<\/strong>
\nFans are welcome to keep foul balls hit into the seating areas and public parking areas. Fans are not permitted on the field or in other posted areas to retrieve a ball.<\/p>\n

GATES OPEN<\/strong>
\nMayo Field gates open one hour before game time unless otherwise advertised or announced.<\/p>\n

LOST CHILD\/PARENT<\/strong>
\nA lost child or parent should be brought immediately to the Fan Service Center located on the concourse by the main entrance gate.<\/p>\n

LOST AND FOUND<\/strong>
\nLost and found items should be brought to the Fan Service Center located on the concourse by the main entrance gate.\u00a0 To claim an item, please check at the Fan Service Center during the game or call the Honkers Office the following day at (507) 289-1170.<\/p>\n

PAGING<\/strong>
\nThe paging system is for emergency announcements only and cannot be used for paging children or other guests.<\/p>\n

PROFANITY<\/strong>
\nProfanity will not be tolerated. Any guest using profanity will be asked to cease or leave the stadium. Violations of this rule may be cause for ejection.<\/p>\n

RAIN CHECK POLICY
\n<\/strong>General Admission Tickets:<\/strong>\u00a0In the event that a regulation game (4 \u00bd innings) is not played and the ticket has been scanned upon admission, the ticket may be exchanged for another General Admission ticket for any future current year, regular season home game.<\/p>\n

Flight Deck\/Patio\/Suite:
\n<\/strong>Gates Open<\/strong>: In the event that a regulation game (4 \u00bd innings) is not played and the ticket has been scanned upon admission, the Flight Deck\/Suite\/Patio, ticket for the suspended game date can be exchange for another General Admission ticket for any future same year regular season home game.<\/p>\n

Gates Do Not Open:<\/strong>\u00a0In the event the game is cancelled prior to gates being open, the pass for that date can be exchanged for a full value Flight Deck Pass, for the current year, regular season date. Suites and Patios will be rebooked for a current year date, if available, otherwise for equal value in Flight Deck passes for a current year, regular season home game.<\/p>\n

SAFETY<\/strong>
\nThe Rochester Honkers ask that you please be aware of the action on the field and watch for flying objects (bats, balls, etc.) hit or thrown into the stands at all times. These objects are capable of causing injury. Please do not run, climb on or jump over any fence or railing at the stadium.\u00a0 The Rochester Honkers ask that you keep your eyes on the field at all times.<\/p>\n

SMOKING POLICY<\/strong>
\nUnder city ordinance, Mayo Field is a smoke free facility.\u00a0 Fans will not be permitted to smoke in the stadium.\u00a0Fans must exit the stadium at the main gate and smoke in the designated smoking areas.\u00a0Fans violating this policy will receive a warning. A second violation will result in automatic ejection from the ballpark.<\/p>\n

STADIUM EXIT AND RE-ENTRY<\/strong>
\nFans who leave Mayo Field are able to re-enter the ballpark if they still have their ticket in hand or by receiving a hand stamp from the ticket taker.<\/p>\n

STANDING<\/strong>
\nFans are not permitted to stand in the aisles, walkways or ramp areas. You will be asked to take a seat as to not obstruct the view and experience of the others.<\/p>\n

THROWING OBJECTS\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThrowing any object onto the field will result in automatic ejection.\u00a0 Throwing objects in the stadium may also result in immediate ejection.<\/p>\n

UMBRELLAS<\/strong>
\nUmbrellas can be brought into the stadium if inclement weather is possible.<\/p>\n

WEAPONS<\/strong>
