Ben Rosengard (Rice) blasted the first of his three hits over the left field wall, giving Eau Claire a 1-0 lead in the third. The Honkers took the lead in the very next inning. Back-to-back two out RBI singles off the bats of Joe Longo (Michigan) and Colby Wilkerson (UNC) gave Rochester a 2-1 lead. The score stayed that way until the seventh.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>With runners at second and first Eau Claire re-took the lead with a two run double down the right field line off the bat of Joe Yorke. The Express added two more in the bottom of the eighth when Charlie Szykowny (Wisconsin &#8211; Stout) blooped a two run single into center to make it 5-2. In the ninth Matt Helwig (Lewis) came on and recorded his first save of the summer with a 1-2-3 ninth inning.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Honkers fall to 10-13 this summer and have their three game winning streak snapped.
