Past that, the Honkers offense mustered just one more run, a solo homer hit by Augusto Mungarrieta in the eighth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bryce Liechty had a solid outing out of the bullpen, going 3.2 innings and giving up just two earned runs. He inherited the bases loaded and one out in the sixth and induced an inning-ending double play.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Honkers fell to 6-20 with this loss. Next up, they will host Minot starting tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Rochester Honkers are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. As well as 2019 Rookie of the Year and 2019\/2021 Home Run Derby Champion Pete Alonso (NYM) and 2023 World Series Champion, 2021 and 2023 All-Star, MLB Gold Glove winner and two-time All-MLB first team shortstop Marcus Semien (TEX).
