Zach Zubia (Texas), a first baseman, was the lone Honker player to be named to the team.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tZubia is batting .311 this season in 37 games. Zubia leads the Northwoods League in home runs (12) and runs batted in (36), and is fifth in runs (32). He started the season by reaching base in his first 33 games of the season with 12 multi-hit games. On June 29 against Waterloo, Zubia hit two home runs, driving in five runs and scoring three himself.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe 2017 Northwoods League All-Star game will be held at Athletic Park in Wausau, Wis. on Tuesday, July 18. The Home Run Derby will begin at 5:00 p.m. First pitch of the All-Star Game will be 7:05 p.m.\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<em>###<\/em>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<em>The Northwoods League is the proven leader in the development of elite<\/em>&nbsp;<em>college baseball players. The 23-year old summer collegiate league is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 20 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, more than 160 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including two-time Cy Young Award winner Max<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Scherzer<\/em>&nbsp;<em>(WAS), two-time World Series Champion Ben Zobrist (CHC) and MLB All-Stars Chris Sale (BOS), Jordan Zimmermann (DET), Curtis<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Granderson<\/em>&nbsp;<em>(NYM) and Lucas Duda (NYM). All league games are viewable live via the Northwoods League website.
