Todd Kolosso<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Todd Kolosso has had a long and varied career path, which has most recently brought him to baseball. Todd got his start in owning and managing a commercial real estate portfolio, but has since added retail apparel and in-store radio marketing to his list of endeavors. In 2019, he partnered with David Casey to bring Milwaukee Baseball Academy II to one of his buildings, and has not looked back in the baseball world. Now, with David Casey, part owner of MBA II, and the Northwoods League team Lakeshore Chinooks, Todd takes particular pride and enjoyment from the Rivets. He spent all of last season as a fan, cheering right along with the Rivets\u2019 sponsors, season tickets holders and highly-enthusiastic staff! He looks forward to our next Championship season, both on and off the field.<\/span><\/p>\n

David Casey<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Owner<\/h3>\n
\n

David was born and raised in Whitefish Bay, WI. During high school, David played baseball for four years on Whitefish Bay\u2019s varsity team, twice earning 1st team All-State honors. Collegiately, David attended the University of Notre Dame on an athletic scholarship during which time he won the Big East Conference Home Run Derby (defeating current major leaguer George Springer). David also played in the Northwoods League in 2008 (Green Bay Bullfrogs) and won the MVP in the California Collegiate League in 2009 (Conejo Oaks)- a league that included major league talent such as Chris Bryant, Tyler Smith, Ryon Healy, AJ Griffin, and more. Upon graduation, David played professionally on several Independent League baseball teams and overseas in Australia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since the end of his playing days, David has stayed heavily involved in the game of baseball. He founded Milwaukee Baseball Academy in 2013. David, along with his partner Todd Kolosso, has also purchased the Lakeshore Chinooks (2021) and Rockford Rivets (2022). David is involved in residential real estate as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hanna is entering her 4th<\/span> season with the Rockford Rivets and first season as the General Manager. Hanna graduated from Carthage College in May 2023 and started at the Rivets as an Account Executive. She has over five years of experience in the sports industry and has worked for three summer collegiate baseball teams, including the Lafayette Aviators (Prospect League), the Kalamazoo Growlers (Northwoods League), and the Rockford Rivets (Northwoods League). In late 2023, Hanna designed the Rivets Reading Program, a program to encourage students in the Rockford area to read. When she\u2019s not at the ballpark, you can find her playing video games on her Nintendo Switch, watching movies, and cooking.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ashley Birkeness is proud to call this community home, having grown up coming to this very stadium to watch games, which sparked her lifelong love for baseball. A graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Journalism and Communications, Ashley has dedicated her career to sharing stories and creating connections through sports. She began her professional journey in the Northwoods League, first as a Journalism\/Communications Intern with the Lakeshore Chinooks in 2022, before joining the Rockford Rivets in 2023. Over two years, she served as a Marketing\/Social Media Intern and Team Photographer for the Rivets, eventually stepping into the role of Director of Marketing and Social Media. Her love for the game and storytelling has shaped her career and drives her work in sports. Outside of the ballpark she enjoys spending afternoons with her dogs and taking trips back to Michigan.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Meet Angie Wallace, aka “Ma,” she is the director of Food and beverage here at Rivets stadium, and this will be her 8th season. She has lived in the area all her life and moved to the Loves Park in 1990.\u00a0 Angie’s background is all around food related with jobs from a fast-food worker, to helping franchise owners open new stores, to a cook in a local restaurant. She is married to her husband Larry of 35 years and they have 2 daughters. Both of her daughters also work at the stadium part time. When Angie isn’t working, she spends time with her family, friends and loves to travel the Caribbean or somewhere tropical. She has the love of the beach in her soul. You can find Angie buzzing around the stadium, if you’re quick enough stop her and say Hi!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Kino is a recent graduate from Culver-Stockton College, class of 2024, who majored in Sports Management and Finance. Before joining the Rivets, Kino previously completed an internship with the Joliet Slammers Baseball Team in the summer of 2023. His passion for sports and business is what drives him to work hard every day for the Rivets. This will be Kino’s second season with the Rockford Rivets. When he is out of the office, he is more than likely golfing, watching his Chicago sports teams, or spending time with his friends and family.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Emily is excited to be back in Rockford this season after previously serving as a Promotions & Entertainment Intern with the Rivets during the 2024 season. She earned her degree in Business Management and Digital Marketing from Saint Xavier University in 2025 and is currently pursuing her Master\u2019s in Sports Management at Carthage College. When she\u2019s not at Rivets Stadium, Emily works Chicago Bears game days, where she loves being part of the electric atmosphere and helping create unforgettable fan experiences. Outside of sports, you can find her spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors, and soaking up as much sunshine as possible. Emily is also a big sports fan and proudly cheers on the Miami Dolphins, Chicago White Sox, and Notre Dame football.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

He began his journey with the Rockford Rivets in the summer of 2024 season as the PC Director on the webcast intern team, gaining valuable experience in live sports production. In addition to his role with the Rivets, Collin<\/span> freelances with Huskie Vision at NIU, contributing to the production of games streamed on ESPN+. Outside of his professional endeavors,\u00a0Collin<\/span>\u00a0enjoys racing on iRacing, exploring technology through computer tinkering, and spending time with friends and family.<\/div>\n<\/div>

Milo is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a big personality and an even bigger presence in the front office. As the beloved son of Hanna, the General Manager of the Rivets, Milo has grown up around Rivets Stadium. <\/span>His daily responsibilities include supervising snack breaks, enforcing mandatory walk-around-the-office time, and reminding staff that wins are important\u2014but belly rubs are even more important. Milo is known for boosting team morale with expertly timed tail wags and for offering strong opinions on lineup cards by sitting directly on them. Milo enjoys napping on the job, speaking his mind, and reminding everyone that the true boss of the organization is, in fact, him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Dr. Myers has advanced training in Olympic-style kinesiology taping and sports medicine. Additionally, he has training in spinal correction and rehabilitation through Chiropractic BioPhysics. Dr. Myers is available as a community service for lectures on various health topics, including spinal care, nutrition, and exercise. He is a member of the Christian Chiropractors Association and the International Chiropractic Association.<\/div>\n

Dr. Myers stresses the importance of preventative spinal health, nutrition, and wellness. He and his wife Rhonda have 2 daughters, who are active in their church and community, and reside in Rockford.<\/span><\/p>\n

When he is not in the office, Dr. Micka enjoys spending time outside with his wife and 3 children. Seth attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Sports Medicine. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree with Sports Emphasis from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. <\/span>After graduation, Dr. Seth practiced in his hometown, where he continued to develop his skills as a chiropractor. In the spring of 2022, the opportunity came to join Caraotta Chiropractic, so he relocated to Rockford, and currently resides in Loves Park. Dr. Seth enjoys working in a Christ-centered office where the environment is full of joy and where true healing can take place.
