Kathy Radatz – Chairman/Co-Founder

Kathy Radatz brings over thirty-five years of Human Resources (HR) experience in financial services and defense technology industries.

As HR Managing Director at Citigroup, she led global HR Transformation efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness opportunities across key levers such as operating model, location strategy, shared services, process standardization, technology enablement and change management. Kathy successfully led the global Workday implementation across 200,000 employees and 98 countries.

In previous roles, Kathy managed the HR organization in support of Global Operations and Technology representing over 110,000 employees.  She was responsible for talent, staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, culture/work environment, leadership development and training. Prior to joining Citi, Kathy spent 14 years with Harris Corporation, a high technology defense contractor, in a variety of staff and line HR positions. Kathy retired in 2020.

Kathy holds MBA and BBA degrees from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Relations. She played on the first Michigan softball team.

Dick Radatz, Jr. – Co-Founder

Dick Radatz, Jr. is a co-founder of the Northwoods League and has an educational background and work experience in sports administration. Upon completion of a Master’s degree in Sports Administration, from Ohio University, Dick worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Los Angeles Dodgers at their Spring Training site in Vero Beach, FL. He then spent a year as General Manager of the Boston Red Sox entry in the New York-Penn League, setting a single-season attendance record, before serving six years managing the business operations of the Boston Red Sox Spring Training site in Winter Haven, FL, and as General Manager of the Red Sox wholly-owned subsidiary in the Florida State League, where he set another single-season attendance record. He was named Florida State League Executive of the Year in 1986.

Following his pro baseball tenure, Dick was Assistant Director of Operations for Michigan Special Olympics. Dick is a graduate of Albion College (MI) with a B.A. in Economics and Management. He was also Captain of the baseball team at Albion and a four-year letter winner. In 2016, Radatz was inducted into the Florida State League Hall of Fame.

Kathryn Reynolds, President/Commissioner

Reynolds graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Business Management in 2015 and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2017. She was a member of the University of Iowa’s Women’s Basketball coaching staff for six seasons, serving as the director of basketball operations from 2017-2019 before being promoted to the role of director of player development from 2019-2023. In that time, the team won two Big Ten Conference Championships, two Elite 8 appearances, and one National Championship appearance.

As a student-athlete at Iowa, Reynolds was a member of the women’s basketball team, a 3-time Academic All Big Ten recipient, a 2-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and a member of the Women’s Basketball Allstate Good Works Team.

Reynolds comes from a sports-oriented family. Her father has worked for the Cincinnati Reds and Los Angeles Dodgers organizations for his entire career and her brother is a professional baseball scout.
