CLOUD, MN \u2013 The St. Cloud Rox (27-8) are 2-0 to start the second half of the season after a 10-4 victory over the Minot Hot Tots (10-28) on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following a 10-0 victory on Tuesday, the Rox bats came to play again as St. Cloud had five hits in the second inning, including a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/northwoodsleague.com\/st-cloud-rox\/player\/?id=5675\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sawyer Smith<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (University of Kansas) two RBI double, and scored four runs to extend the lead to 5-0.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the third, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/northwoodsleague.com\/st-cloud-rox\/player\/?id=8853\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tyson LeBlanc<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (Louisiana State &#8211; Eunice) added a solo home run to make it 6-0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On his birthday, starting pitcher <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/northwoodsleague.com\/st-cloud-rox\/player\/?id=6343\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jake Burcham<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (Tarleton State University) threw five innings on the mound without allowing a run from the Hot Tots and tallied nine strikeouts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By the end of the contest, St. Cloud was victorious 10-4.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The All-Star Trophy and Awards Star of the Game is Tyson LeBlanc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Rox will take a road trip to North Dakota to take on the Badlands Big Sticks for a four-game series before returning to Joe Faber Field on Monday, July 7th, at 6:35 p.m. to take on the Bismarck Larks.
