\n\tSt. Cloud, MN<\/strong> — The Rox (28-18) made the plays they needed to in a 5-4 win last night, but could not come up with the big moments they had on Friday. They dropped the second game of their series with the Express 5-0 to split the first home series of the 2nd half. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tShane Selman (McNeese State) provided the majority of the offense with 2 hits after taking the day off yesterday. The Southland conference Hitter of the Year as a sophomore registered his 13th multi-hit game this year, but the rest of St. Cloud's batters struggled throughout the night.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCameron Eden (Cal), Cameron Blaquiere (Western Carolina) and Michael Busch (North Carolina) were the only other three players to tally hits tonight. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tKeaton Kringlen (BYU) saw his 13 game hitting streak come to an end, and for just the 3rd time this year went hitless in a game. Kringlen, who looked like Superman yesterday with 3 RBI's, proved he's human too with a rare off night.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSt. Cloud falls below Waterloo one game back in the overall standings following a Bucks win over the Honkers tonight. The Rox look to bounce back tomorrow against the Stingers in the 1st of 2 games this weekend at Joe Faber Field this weekend before the All-Star break. Saturday is a 6:05 PM start time with a Rox piggy bank giveaway and quarter drop presented by Great River Federal Credit Union. The 1st 300 fans 12 and under will receive a Rox piggy bank, and have the chance to pick up 4,000 quarters on the field after the game.
