\n\tSt. Cloud, MN<\/strong> — It started in the top of the 5th inning. The Rox resumed a game postponed from last Friday, and kicked things off with a monster inning. On the first pitch tonight, Brendan Illies (North Carolina) singled and brought in Cameron Blaquiere (Western Carolina) who tripled at Wade Stadium before the game was halted.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\"\"\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe hitting party just started there as St. Cloud would go on to bat through the order in that inning, and tallied RBI's from Cameron Eden (Cal), Matthew Tarantino (Pacific) and Daniel Schneemann (BYU).\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\"\"\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThey hit around the order again in the 7th and cruised to a 10-3 win behind a blitz at the plate. 8 different players had a hit, and 7 of those drove in at least one run. Illies was the only player to have multiple RBI's tonight.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing a 30 minute break, play resumed where the Rox fell behind early but clawed their way back. Ultimately they fell 4-3 after having ample chances to tie it or take the lead. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Rox scored 3 runs in the 5th inning after trailing by 4, and their rally started in thanks to the play of Drew Avans (Southeastern Louisiana) and Schneemann. Michael Busch (North Carolina) still had a solid game, going 2-3 with a double. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThey now look to finish the season series tomorrow against the Huskies with a win. It will be Military Appreciation Day presented by Rapid Recovery and Aquatic Center with the 1st pitch at 4:05 PM. Sunday is also Coborn’s Kids Day! Kids have the chance to run the bases and get autographs on the field after the game.\n<\/p>\n
