ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES<\/b>: The Traverse City Pit Spitters administrative offices at Turtle Creek Stadium are open Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. -5 P.M.<\/span><\/p>\n

ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT<\/b>: In compliance with Michigan State Law, anyone under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol at the ballpark. If customers wish to consume alcohol, they must show their ID and receive a wrist band at the front gate. Violators of the law will be removed from the ballpark.<\/span><\/p>\n

ANIMALS<\/b>: Guide dogs or assistance dogs are welcome at the ballpark. Must have proper identification. No other animals will be permitted unless a promotional night warrants their presence, ex. ‘Barks and Brews’ Tuesdays.<\/span><\/p>\n

APPEARANCES<\/b>: Schools and other organizations may request a player or mascot appearance by contacting Lauren DeWitt at LaurenD@pitspitters.com<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

AUTOGRAPHS<\/b>: Fans may seek autographs near the clubhouse on the third base side of the concourse after the game. In addition, a team autograph session is held on the field every Sunday before the game for all fans.<\/span><\/p>\n

AUTOMOBILE ASSISTANCE<\/b>: Fans who encounter vehicle troubles while visiting our ballpark may receive assistance from Pit Spitters staff. If your vehicle won\u2019t start, or you need some help, simply lift the hood of your car, and one of our parking staff will assist you or contact a Pit Spitters representative for assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n

BABY CHANGING STATIONS<\/b>: Located in the family restroom behind home plate, in the suite level women\u2019s restroom, first base side women\u2019s restroom, and third base side men\u2019s restrooms.<\/span><\/p>\n

BAG CHECK<\/b>: Pit Spitters security reserves the right to inspect and confiscate any package or container coming into the ballpark. Purses, backpacks, and diaper bags are permitted, but subject to search upon entry. No outside food or beverages are permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n

BARRIER-FREE SEATING AND PARKING<\/b>: The Pit Spitters provide wheelchair accessible and companion seating in the reserved seating area. All of our group hospitality areas, including our suite level, feature easy wheelchair accessibility, and elevator access. Our parking lot has handicapped reserved parking spaces near the front of the parking lot. Proper identification is required to use these spaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

BIKES<\/b>: We have bike racks available for fans outside of the stadium.<\/span><\/p>\n

BIRTHDAYS<\/b>: Fans wishing to purchase a birthday party package should contact the Pit Spitters front office at least 5 days prior to the desired game date at (231) 943-0100.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD PLAYGROUND<\/span><\/b>: The Blue Cross Blue Shield Playground is located in right field of the lawn seating area. The Pit Spitters provide a playground attendant but cannot be held responsible for the actions of children in the playground. Parents are strongly encouraged to monitor their children.<\/span><\/p>\n

BOUNCE HOUSES: <\/b>To play on the bounce houses, it’s a $5 donation to the Pit Spitters Community Foundation. The bounce houses will be available every game, weather permitting. <\/span><\/p>\n

CASHLESS:<\/b> Turtle Creek Stadium is fully cashless. All purchases at Turtle Creek Stadium, including tickets, concessions, merchandise, and parking, will require credit cards, debit cards, or contactless payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay. For fans who prefer, or only have cash, strategically placed locations throughout the ballpark will have staff available to assist customers in converting cash to prepaid cards for use at the stadium or any other location that takes prepaid cards.<\/span><\/p>\n

CONCESSIONS<\/b>: Pit Spitters concession<\/span>s are located all along the c<\/span>oncourse, with main concession areas located halfway down either baseline. We also have satellite concessions located throughout the concourse.<\/span><\/p>\n

E-MAIL<\/b>: Pit Spitters Administrative Staff e-mail addresses consist of their first name and last initial @ pitspitters.com. For example: jacquelineh@pitspitters.com<\/a> for General Manager, Jacqueline Holm. The general e-mail is info@pitspitters.com<\/a>. Pit Spitters players do not have individual e-mails through the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

FAN MAIL<\/b>: Player fan mail may be sent care of Traverse City Pit Spitters Attn: Clubhouse, 333 Stadium Drive, Traverse City, MI 49685.<\/span><\/p>\n

FIRST AID<\/b>: The first aid station is located on the first base side of the ballpark in Guest Services, behind sections 109\/110.<\/span><\/p>\n

FOOD AND DRINK<\/b>: Coolers, cans, bottles, and outside food are not permitted in the ballpark, except for baby products and medical necessities.<\/span><\/p>\n

FOUL BALLS<\/b>: Fans may keep any ball that is hit or thrown into the stands. However, any ball or bat thrown can be potentially dangerous \u2013 please stay alert at all times. Those leaving the park to retrieve a ball will need to show their game ticket for re-entry and bags are subject to search.<\/span><\/p>\n

GATES OPEN<\/b>: On game days, the ballpark will open its gates for the public one hour before first pitch is scheduled.<\/span><\/p>\n

GROUP OUTINGS<\/b>: Groups of 10 or more may book outings through the Pit Spitters front office. Please call (231) 943-0100 for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n

KIDS<\/b>: Ages 2 years and under do not need a ticket to enter the stadium.<\/span><\/p>\n

LOST AND FOUND<\/b>: Lost and found items can be taken to and retrieved from the Guest Services area located on the first base side of the concourse, behind sections 109\/110.<\/span><\/p>\n

MEDIA REQUESTS<\/b>: All media requests should be sent to our General Manager, Jacqueline Holm, at JacquelineH@pitspitters.com<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

NATIONAL ANTHEM SINGERS<\/b>: Those interested in performing the National Anthem prior to a Pit Spitters game should send an email and audio file of your \u201cacapella\u201d version of the National Anthem to our Promotions and Digital Marketing Manager, Lauren DeWitt, at LaurenD@pitspitters.com<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

PAGING<\/b>: The public address system at the ballpark will be used for paging in extreme cases only. Those needing to page someone should report to Guest Services located on the first base side of the concourse, behind sections 109\/110.<\/span><\/p>\n

PARKING<\/b>: Parking is just $6 at the ballpark for cars and motorcycles and $11 for buses and RVs.<\/span><\/p>\n

PIT SHOP<\/b>: The Pit Spitters souvenir shop can be found on the concourse behind home plate. The Pit Shop is open on gamedays at 10 A.M. The souvenir shop closes two hours before game time and opens again when the gates open. Fans will be accommodated during normal business hours Monday \u2013 Friday from 10 A.M. – 2 P.M. (during the baseball season). The store is not open for in person visits in the off season. The best thing to do is order from our online store<\/a> and schedule a pickup at the office.<\/span><\/p>\n

PROHIBITED ITEMS<\/b>: Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, outside food and beverages, glass bottles or containers, coolers, alcoholic drinks, smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets or animals (except certified assistance dogs), and weapons of any kind. The Traverse City Pit Spitters and Turtle Creek Stadium reserve the right to inspect any bag or container brought into the facility and to confiscate any prohibited items.<\/span><\/p>\n

PROMOTIONS<\/b>: The promotions schedule will be available on our website in the \u201cPromotions\u201d drop down menu. The 2025 Promotions Schedule is coming soon!<\/span><\/p>\n

PUBLICATIONS<\/b>: The Pit Spitters publish a free full-color roster and a scorecard for each series of games, available via QR code at various locations around the ballpark.<\/span><\/p>\n

RAIN CHECKS<\/b>: In the event that 5 innings of one game are not played, except when the Pit Spitters are in the lead at the end of 4 \u00bd innings, any ticket from that game will be good for exchange for the same price ticket to any regular season Pit Spitters home game this season. All exchanges are subject to availability. There are no cash refunds for tickets for a rain-out game. Also, any rainout tickets purchased online may be exchanged at the Pit Spitters box office only.<\/span><\/p>\n

RESTROOMS<\/b>: Restrooms are located on the concourse level on the first and third base sides, as well as on the suite level. All the restrooms at the ballpark are wheelchair accessible.<\/span><\/p>\n

SECURITY<\/b>: The Pit Spitters have multiple security personnel at each game. In the event of a security problem, notify a member of security, a member of the Pit Spitters staff or report to Guest Services located on the first base side of the concourse, behind sections 109\/110.<\/span><\/p>\n

SMOKING<\/b>: Turtle Creek Stadium is a smoke-free facility, including e-cigarettes and vaping. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside the main gate, to the left or right of the ticket windows. A valid ticket is required for re-entry.<\/span><\/p>\n

TAILGATING<\/b>: Tailgating is not allowed at the ballpark.<\/span><\/p>\n

TICKET OFFICE HOURS<\/b>: The Pit Spitters ticket office is open during the season Monday through Friday from 10 A.M. – 6 P.M. and during all home games. On weekend home dates, the advanced ticket sales window opens three-hours prior to game time and closes at the end of the 7th inning.
