Pit Spitters Park Now Turtle Creek Stadium!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Traverse City, MI – The Traverse City Pit Spitters and Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos, Northern Michigan’s premiere entertainment venues, are teaming up for a winning partnership. In a first-ever naming rights agreement since the facility opened in 2006, the newly-titled Turtle Creek Stadium will greet Pit Spitters fans effective immediately.<\/p>\n

Owned and operated by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel is one of the top destinations for Midwest gaming and travel with award-winning gaming, accommodations, and dining. The announcement of the naming brings with it all the excitement and entertainment both Turtle Creek and the Pit Spitters are both known for.<\/p>\n

The 2020 Pit Spitters season will begin on the road at Battle Creek on Tuesday, May 26. The team will return home on May 28 at 7:05 pm, when the Lakeshore Chinooks visit Turtle Creek Stadium for the first game of a two-game series.
