            If one play could summarize the entire game, it was Frazier Hall’s solo homerun three batters into the game. The Loggers (4-1) took control of the game early and never looked back. La Crosse handed the Bucks (4-1) their first home loss of the season in convincing fashion, by a final score of 11-2.<\/div>\n
            Bucks’ starting pitcher Zach Cooper had his hands full with the high-powered La Crosse offense, giving up seven runs and seven hits in just four innings on the mound on his way to the loss. The Bucks threw four total pitchers, including Cooper, Greg Williams, Billy Barrett, and even utility pitcher Phil Keppler at the Loggers in hopes of cooling them off, but were ultimately ineffective. Cooper’s lone strikeout was the only one thrown for the Bucks in the game. Pitcher Dan Langfield was credited with the win for the Loggers.<\/div>\n
            At the plate, the Bucks ended the game with seven total hits, but were unable to capitalize when it mattered, scoring only two runs total. 1B Jake Astor (pictured above) and CF Landon Anderson recorded multiple hits in the game, and the Bucks also received a hit from 3B Zach McCool, RF Phil Keppler, and catcher Jonathan Crist. In the end, however, they simply couldn’t keep up with La Crosse.<\/div>\n
            The Bucks also struggled in the field. Jerrod Eigsti, Zach McCool, and Greg Williams all ended the game with at least one error. On the other side, the Loggers had a perfect night in the field, refusing to record a single error in the game.<\/div>\n
