Waterloo, Iowa \u2013 The Waterloo Bucks have announced the signing of pitchers Shae Buskohl (U. of Dubuque) and Gannon Wentz (N. Kentucky) and outfielder Kendric Sorgius (Ball St.) to temporary contracts for the 2026 season.<\/span><\/p>\n

Per Northwoods League rules, teams may sign players to a temporary contract which will allow a player to participate in the NWL for a minimum of ten days.\u00a0 A temporary contract will allow a player to participate from the beginning of the season until and including the last day of the first half of that season. Following the completion of a temporary contract, the player must be signed to a full contract in order to continue to participate. If the team does not sign the player to a full contract, the team must waive the player.
