\n\tWaterloo, Iowa – The Northwoods League has announced their 2016 Post-Season All-Star Team and the Waterloo Bucks were represented by right-handed pitcher Derek Hendrixson.  The Wright State University product finished the season with a 5-1 record and a 1.36 ERA.  Tied for fourth in the NWL in strikeouts with 70, Hendrixson \"hendrixson-derek\"<\/a>made his only start of the season on Sunday, throwing six innings, giving up two runs on four hits while striking out eight.  A native of Centerville, Ohio, Hendrixson has appeared in 28 games this season for Waterloo which is tied for fourth in the league and is tied for the fifth most in a single season in team history.  In 53 innings, Hendrixson is holding opponents to a .158 average. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Bucks play at Riverfront Stadium where the team welcomed a new state of the art video board in 2016 thanks to a matching grant from the Black Hawk County Gaming Association.  Team ownership has invested more than $170,000 in improvements since the end of the 2014 season including painted bleachers, public Wi-Fi, sound system, group outing areas, and concessions equipment.  Season tickets, individual game tickets, and group outings are currently on sale by calling the Bucks’ Ticket Line at (319) 232-5633.  Fans are encouraged to stay in touch during the season with the Bucks by utilizing their website at www.waterloobucks.com<\/a> or utilizing the Waterloo Bucks app.\n<\/p>\n
