\n\tDULUTH, MN- The Waterloo Bucks (9-4) scored four runs early and did not let up en route to a 7-2 road victory over the Duluth Huskies (6-7) on Sunday afternoon (June 11).\n<\/p>\n
\n\tKeaton Presley broke it open with a bases clearing triple down the right field line in the bottom of the second inning. The next batter, Christian Boulware brought him around on an RBI groundout and just liked the Bucks led 4-0.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Huskies got a run back in the bottom of the second on a bases load walk drawn by Issac Collins but Anthony Ruden (1-0) limited the damage to just the one run.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIn the bottom of the third inning, home plate umpire Connor McKenna was hit with a foul ball behind home plate and had to leave the game. He was checked out and is alright.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Bucks got back to scoring on a two-run single to right center by Zach Malis in the top of the fifth. Malis was 3-4 at the plate with three singles. Piero Amador (1-1) allowed all of the six earned runs through five innings and struck out two batters.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWaterloo tacked on an extra insurance run in the top of the ninth to make it 7-1 thanks to an RBI sac-fly by Boulware. Duluth plated a run in the bottom of the ninth on a Luke Roskam single but Brady Corson ended the game appropriately with a strikeout.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Bucks finish their four game road trip in Minnesota tomorrow at 6:35 p.m. at Wade Stadium against the Duluth Huskies.\n<\/p>\n
