• When/How do I redeem the vouchers?
    • Vouchers can be redeemed by calling into the Woodchucks front office at anytime, but must be redeemed this way if you’re choosing to redeem the vouchers prior to single game tickets going on sale. Single game tickets tentatively go on sale Monday, April 24 at 10am.
    • A member of the Woodchucks ticketing team will reach out to you to assist in redeeming your vouchers or to see if you have any questions about the redemption process.
    • After single game tickets are on sale vouchers can be redeemed online as well. Directions on how to redeem online will be sent out at a later date.
  • What if I need to switch dates after I have redeemed a flex ticket?
    • Not a problem, we will work with you to find a new date that works as best we can based on availability. 
    • Please contact the Woodchucks ticketing team as soon as you know if you need to switch dates on a ticket that has already been redeemed.

  • Can I share my tickets with others?
    • Yes, your flex tickets can be shared, but each flex ticket is only valid for one ticket to one game. Once the flex ticket has been used it is no longer valid.

  • Do I get to pick my seats?
    • Yes, you can pick your seats at the time of redemption, based on availability. The earlier you are able to redeem a flex ticket the more seat options will be available.

  • What if I would like to give this as a holiday gift? Is there something I can have to present to the recipient?

    • What a fun and thoughtful gift idea! We should have the physical flex tickets for your package in early December and you can stop in to pick them up or we can mail them to you for an additional fee. If you need something before they are available we can make a certificate for you to gift.
