What is your role with the Woodchucks?<\/strong><\/p>\n I am the Marketing & Corporate Service Coordinator, which means I work with clients to meet sponsorship needs and manage the on-field show.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n What is a typical day in the office like?<\/strong><\/p>\n A typical day in the office starts with a cup of coffee and checking my email as well as our social media pages. I then will focus on meeting with and talking to clients about sponsorship opportunities and group outing options. I will also spend time each day coordinating our promotional schedule for the upcoming season, whether that is booking the next entertainment act, designing giveaway items or researching new ideas. I\u2019ll sometimes have other projects as well like designing promotional materials for the upcoming season, writing press releases, coordinating team meals and itineraries, etc. I love the variety this job brings every day! It\u2019s always something different!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n What is a game day like for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n Game days are busy \u2013 but so much fun! I will start my day by meeting with the rest of the Front Office staff to discuss what we have going on that game. I will then make sure everything is prepared for the on-field show including the music playlist, the game script, any social media posts, and any items needed for the between-inning promotions. I will help set up the ballpark and then once the crowd arrives, I interact with my clients and fans and make sure they are enjoying themselves. I will check in with the PA Announcer, Radio Broadcaster, and Webcast Team to make sure everything is running smoothly in the press box and I\u2019ll help the marketing team coordinate pregame ceremonies and between-inning promotions!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Most Memorable Woodchucks Game?<\/strong><\/p>\n I\u2019ve only been through one season here, but we hosted the Northwoods League All-Star Game in 2017. It is technically not a \u201cWoodchucks\u201d game though I loved hosting all the other teams and watching the best players in our league compete\u2026and it was cool to see our two Woodchucks players have a significant part in the South Division winning the All-Star Game! Favorite Bobblehead to Date?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ben Zobrist. I\u2019m from Illinois, so naturally I\u2019m a huge Cubs fan (and Woodchucks fan now too)!\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you could create a bobblehead of one person who would it be of?<\/strong><\/p>\n A bobblehead of Luke Bryan that shakes its hips. Favorite Concessions Item?<\/strong><\/p>\n The Mac n\u2019 Cheese with bacon on it!<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n If you could add one menu item at Athletic Park, what would it be?<\/strong><\/p>\n A Chicago-Style Hot Dog with all the fixings (NO KETCHUP)! <\/p>\n Favorite place to watch a baseball game (other than Athletic Park)?<\/strong><\/p>\n Wrigley Field\u2026shocking I know!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Favorite former Woodchucks player?<\/strong><\/p>\n Ben Zobrist\u2026once again\u2026real surprise!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Favorite part of working for the Woodchucks?<\/strong><\/p>\n I love that there is always something new and exciting every day. I get to be creative and try new things. I also love seeing the community come out to the ballpark and have a great time. We hope we are creating lasting memories for them at Woodchucks game!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Favorite thing to do in Central WI (Other than attend a Woodchucks game)?<\/strong><\/p>\n I love going hiking at one of the many great trails we have around here and enjoying being outdoors.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Favorite baseball memory?<\/strong><\/p>\n I went to a game at Wrigley Field in 2015 and it was the first home game after the Cubs had clinched the playoffs for the first time in a long time.
