We have also explained these expectations with your coaches and they are on the same page. Communication is key and we would like to have a phone call with you before the start of the season.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Please read the following, and if you agree, which we hope you do, please then e-sign the document and hit the submit button at the bottom of the Host Family Questionnaire.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">I am aware that the Northwoods League baseball season runs from <strong>Memorial Day through the middle of August<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">I am making a commitment to the Willmar Stingers for this entire time and will fulfill my commitment by being available for all 72-regular season games and potential Northwoods League playoffs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">I recognize that player report date is the week of\u00a0<strong>before Memorial Day<\/strong>\u00a0and commit to reporting on time. If my college team is still playing at this time, I commit to reporting ASAP prior to the season opener on <strong>Memorial Day<\/strong>. If my college team is still playing at this time in a regional and\/or World Series, I commit to reporting to the Stingers no later than four days after the completion of our final collegiate game of season (for example: If my last collegiate game of the season ends on a Saturday, I will report to the Stingers on a Wednesday).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">I understand there will be no exceptions to this rule and my failure to not follow the reporting requirements is grounds for termination of my contract.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Lastly, but ultimately the greatest commitment, I commit to represent the Stingers brand well in the community and recognize that any bad behavior or poor representation in the community is grounds for automatic termination of my contract.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">The Stingers have had over 160+ players go on and play professionally the past 16-years with 17 former players donning a major-league uniform.
